Pizzeria Bros (West Island) — Restaurant in Kirkland

I order at pizza bros in Kirkland almost every second week or more. Had a couple orders messed up before but this time I ordered a margarita Pizza and another pizza with basil as well. ($65.53) A margarita pizza is tomato sauce, cheese and BASIL. I usually add a few things like peppers and onions and on this particular order, I asked for extra basil. But a normal margarita without the basil is called tomato sauce and cheese. Long story short, the 2 pizzas arrived with no basil whatsoever, so I called them to clarify. The answer was "thanks for letting us know, have a good evening". I asked if that was it? If I was going to get reimbursed? No big deal it's about $4.50 but its more for the fact that I didnt enjoy the tomato sauce and cheese pizza...Its all in the basil. SO, the guy told me "wait, I'll call you back" but he never did. Thats even more frustrating. I had Amir's owner himself deliver me a new meal because they had messed up my order and it took him 15 min to get to my door. This is what you dont see in 2025 anymore. I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Pizza Bros, and I have to say, they exceeded all my expectations. Despite giving them no notice, they were incredibly helpful and worked tirelessly to prepare 12 delicious pizzas for us.

What really stood out to me was their exceptional recommendation to lower the bill by making certain options work better for our group. It's rare to find a place that genuinely cares about their customers' satisfaction and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service.

And let's not forget about the taste! The pizza was absolutely amazing - each slice bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. I was thoroughly impressed and can confidently say that I'll be a returning customer.

The place looks great, but we ordered through Uber Eats and were not disappointed. This was easily the best thin crust pizza I have ever had from a delivery place/restaurant, the only rival coming close being a pizza I had at Epcot in Disney World.

The pizza was delicious, toppings were graciously placed without weighing the pizza down at all, good amount of cheese and sauce. I ate a whole pizza without feeling bad about myself, but also feeling full.

We also ordered the cookie, which is nearly the size of a pizza, and it was really good too! The only cookie that comes close is my wife's homemade cookies. Ordered a caesar salad too, which my wife did not like much as she said it had some strange oil taste to it, but for $3 it was a good sized salad for sure!

We will definitely be ordering again...
