Read moreHorrendous customer service on a Saturday morning. Can’t even get a simple greeting from the lady serving you for bread with a clear annoyance in her attitude. Upon check out, I’m not offered to scan my metro card. I ask to scan it, politely, and I’m met with an obvious eye roll. She cancels the transaction and asks for my card with her same attitude. I execute myself and ask her “is there something wrong” I get a look and no answer. Seems like basic human interactions are optional. I ask again, no answer “just pay please”.
