La Serenata is a gem in the realm of Italian dining, offering an unforgettable experience that resonates with both the palate and the spirit. I had the pleasure of attending my nieces Sophia's sons baptism dinner at this remarkable restaurant, and it truly exceeded all expectations.
From the moment we arrived, the ambiance enveloped us in warmth and charm. The decor strikes a perfect balance between traditional Italian elegance and modern comfort, creating an inviting atmosphere ideal for family gatherings and special occasions. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles, setting the tone for an evening filled with superb service.
In addition to the exquisite food, the service at La Serenata was exceptional. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that our glasses were never empty and that we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. Their knowledge of the menu was evident, as they provided thoughtful recommendations that enhanced our dining experience.
Overall, La Serenata is more than just a restaurant; it’s a place where culinary passion meets heartfelt hospitality. The combination of outstanding food and impeccable service makes it a perfect choice for any celebration, including my niece's son’s baptism. I wholeheartedly recommend La Serenata to anyone seeking a memorable Italian dining experience that leaves a...
Read moreWe have enjoyed our time here in the past but will never be going back & would never recommend this restaurant to others.
Firstly, they overbooked and were therefore unable to honour our previously agreed upon table/ seating arrangement & offered no solution. The service was slow, the majority of staff were incredibly rude & the food was just not good. Chicken & veal were both cold & dry. The plate of sugar and cream that were served to us with tea and coffee had open packets of sugar & garbage on it. We waited over 45 minutes for our bill after asking for it & another 20 minutes to get the machine to pay. Once the server brought it to us he was unbelievably rude. Grabbed the receipt from my hands, shoved the machine in my face & grabbed the machine away from me before the transaction was even complete. When asking why he kept grabbing things from me, he responded by scoffing & then saying ‘I’ve never been asked that before’ & proceeded to walk away. This is far from the experience that should be expected, especially from this type of restaurant & its...

We were part of group on Saturday night and our experience overall was so disappointing!
Food quality was good, however, when I pay $38 for a table d'hote of arugula salad and a veal diana dish - I think, I can expect more than two tiny and thinly sliced veal portions of 3"×3" accompanied by few thinly sliced carrots and potatoes. The salad was miniature...it's what you find at some restaurants for table d'hote lunches. It was served in a bread dish and it was so dry, I had to search out some balsamic droplets to wet it. Canoli's priced at $8 each is highway robbery! Other members of the party had dishes like stuffed Turkey breast and grilled sea bass and like me experience, they all had tiny portions and felt completely ripped off! No one will be returning, needless to say. One should not have these awful feelings after spending 190$ for two people including some wine. Avoid this place or be ready to spend 200$ per couple and best eat something...
