After reading the reviews, I thought I gave this location a try to see if it improves since last reviews. Sadly no. The management should just need to find one competent barista even if that means to pay them more. Customers will not go here until the quality of the drinks we order improves. I ordered matcha latte and it’s extremely bitter to a point not drinkable and it’s boiling hot. A good starbucks barista will know how hot and how much to put in a drink. Again I dont blame much to the employee, he is new and clearly doesnt know much about being a starbucks barista. The management should go beyond and above to find a really good barista. Ask for a replacement he argues and defends himself saying he put appropriate amount of “moka” then proceeds to tell me there’s no more moka to make me another one, my guess is there was barely any moka left and he tried getting away with giving me that instead of just letting me know there’s none left? The employees seemed not really present as they made several mistakes with my order and didn't seem overly concerned with quality. the espresso was weak and the chai was overly sweet in the dirty chai. Also, I asked for a frozen refresher, but was given a regular refresher which the employee thought he fixed by blending the refresher which didn't really work.
