When I have a craving for a good coffee I would normally think StarBucks however lately I found the coffee at the location in kirkland a little below standard compared to other starbucks. I have been served warm coffee on many occasions and when I have already left in the car so I just do not bother drinking it. What a waist of my money so on June 8,2023 I got another warm coffee. So this time I go back and ask for a hot cup of what ever they have just to hear that the other pot is no hotter. So the girl offers to make a new pot of fresh coffee and says it won't take long. What I did not see is she put the cup under the coffee machine and caught the first drips to fill a cup . Then she calls me and says its ready . I had to come back again because it was so strong it was undrinkable . I can understand maybe the girl dosen't drink coffee or has no idea what she just done was wrong. Management is responsible for training the staff correctly on what a starbucks standard are. I went to a coffee house they specialize in this and should know better between a warm and hot cup of coffee and know that I as a customer will not mind to wait the extra time till the coffee has finished dripping. I appreciate the fact she warned me it will take a few minutes to make a fresh pot so there was no rush let the pot finish.
