Food is decent. Calamari appetizer is hit and miss (more misses than hits). Make sure you try the pizza with stuffed crust, that is delicious even if the pizza itself is nothing to write home about.

Edit: upped rating to 4 stars. marked improvement on pizza and appetizers. Last few times were much improved experience. Even breakfast was good.

Second edit: and so we seesaw back into mediocrity. I ordered today from my nearest Mike's restaurant.. it took 1 hour and 20 minutes from the time the order was received to the time where it finally made its way to me. In between, I called twice and was told the delivery should be there "any minute". 27 minutes after that first "any minute" we called again and were told the food left 10 minutes ago. Sadly, delays in ordering were only the beginning of my disappointment. We ordered that Mike's box, which contains 4 rolls, 4 cheese sticks, pop corn shrimp, and lattice fries. The fries were soggy and decidedly not crispy, and the rolls were burned (see pictures). The smoked meat pizza was good but it was lukewarm (no wonder...). This kinda pisses me off because the previous 2 deliveries were ok (a bit long but the food was worth it) and going there had been a blast. But today's experience was just too damning in my opinion. Stars are stripped and Mike's is now at the bottom of my delivery rankings. That stuffed...

To start, service was fairly slow even when the restaurant had literally only 4 other guests in the restaurant.

Our waiter was completely unprepared to take our order. When he arrived to our table to take our order, he “forgot” his notepad in which he would have wrote down our order. Instead, he tried to memorize our orders, only failing and coming back to our table multiple times to confirm what we wanted to eat.

Not only are the portions small, but they really lack taste. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT buy their Nachos. The tortilla chips were all broken And in crumbs, they top it with regular grocery store salsa and severely skimp out of the fresh vegetables on top.

Our main courses (both submarines) arrived with 80% lettuce and were soggy and lacked flavour. Our French fries were stale and tasted like they were oven-baked from frozen (which is not how you want your fries..)

Avoid this place and go eat somewhere in which hey care about their food,...

👎 WOW !.. our dinner with an argument....not very appealing My daughter and I walked into Mike's at around 8:15 Apparently we walked in at the end of an incident that happened with one of the customers.....the staff started arguing in the kitchen area - neglected to remember that the whole restaurant could hear EVERY single word of the argument including all the bad language....which went on and and on.... Completely unprofessional...

Our waitress was being bothered by one of the customers and she proved herself to be very professional throughout all of this (⭐⭐⭐⭐ to her)....the customer annoying her and the other staff arguing.....which was very loud, impossible to ignore and went on too long 👎👎👎👎to this restaurant Staff needs to find a way to quickly say a few quiet words....and professionally continue their discussion after hours...when customers are gone Unacceptable
