Subway — Restaurant in Kirkland

I have been to alot of Subways and unfortunately they are all ran differently. So in my visiting of subways in montreal I try to make it to the Subway on St Charles blvd in Kirkland (near the Pharaprix) because they do it right they always give the right amount of your protein, i Said to the owner it seems like there was extra steak in my sub, her response to me was we give the amount that is suppose to be given in that sub, I said some other stores then don't give the right amount. The service was amazing, very clean, and a very professional staff they greeted us when we walked in no matter how busy it was. I will take the extra time to go there for my next subway meal because I'm getting what I paid for. We'll done and the owner should be commanded for not cheaping out on stuff to save money. We recently started coming back to Subway again and this location left a great impression. It’s a model of a location being run the right way. The owner actively works his franchise and does a fantastic job. He oversees his team and coaches them to help ensure a great and consistent customer experience. He is not only giving his employees a job, but seems to truly care and is giving his staff life skills which is more of what a “boss” should do, kudos to you. Drop by to see what I mean. Here is my review about Subway Saint-Charles Boulevard. This review is going to be broken down into 3 different categories: Food, Customer Service & Presentation.

Food: 4/5 The food tasted pretty good, However they were not very generous.

Customer Service: 3/5 Coming into the restaurant, we were not greeted nor welcomed. They did not smile nor cherished us, kept a straight face and were at sometimes weird. The workers served us as fast as they could.
