I have been coming to barburrito specifically this location since they first opened up. Over the years it has always been a great experience and amazing food, recently I have found this location has gone downhill. My most recent visit tonight was very disappointing. Normally they are generous with the portions but tonight provided barely any. When I asked the worker if they could put some more toppings on they said I would have to pay extra. My mom got a bean and cheese burrito and The amount of cheese they put on was even less than the normal portion size and when I asked if they could put more on they said I would have to pay extra even though it wasn’t at the required amount. The workers were very slow, and since my burritos wasn’t filled up completely they were flimsy and falling apart which I’ve never experienced. Also on the bean and cheese burrito they put an enormous amount of black beans (too much) and barely any brown beans. I would say 60% of the burrito was black beans. I went there a few times and must say that there is no standards maintained in the quantity of food served. One of the worst outlets I have experienced. Just to make sure that I am not jumping conclusions, I ordered exactly same item with same composition 4 times - different days, different time of day. And each time I was struggling to hold myself back from raising the issue with their manager. The quantity of rice or meat is too less compared to the quantity of sauces that they put on it. Coz they overload a simple burrito bowl with sauces it seems that they serve a full bowl which was not expected from a brand outlet like this. I urge the management to look into this and try to create a better balance between the main contents and the sauces that can justify the price tag on the menu. Also, you should stop charging the customers forced tips if they are not made aware of the charges. This is kinda fraud. It was a horrible experience. I ordered two burritos via door dash, it got delivered. When I opened it, it was one order. I called Barburrito immediately and I was told it must have been the driver that ate one. I was shocked!! No remorse, nothing. I was asked to take it up with door dash. Door dash gave me the credit value of the burrito that was delivered. I asked for my money back because I was never using the app or ordering from bar burrito again.

I was upset. I called bar burrito and requested the manager. He promised he would get to the bottom of it and have my money refunded. He never called back. No call back no feedback, nothing.
