I recently ordered a New York style cheesecake with cherry topping. If you aren’t sure what that is, just Google it. When my spouse picked this up and we unwrapped it at home, this is what we received. It seems to be some sort of mouse cake. Possibly made from cheese, but not 100% sure. What I can say is that I was absolutely clear during my ordering process in indicating very specifically ā€œNew York style cheesecakeā€. This cost $75. Sure they are in a nice area of town and in a nice building, so they have high overhead. But when you’re paying $75 for a cake this size it should, at the very minimum, meet expectations. At the price point they charge - it should actually exceed expectations. I will contact a manger and see what they will do to make it right, then update this review accordingly. According to their response here - which is totally fake - they said they spoke with my spouse to take the order. This is 100% not true - as it was me who placed the order. Further, a company who cared about what customers think would want to make the issue better instead of giving excuses. Think Starbucks - a company that would remake an entire drink because they understand that the experience is what brings people back. As of right now, I would NOT recommend this place.

I was diagnosed with celiac last year. We went to the store to get some crossiants and baked items (muffins, cookies, etc.). Firstly, the crossiants came in a packet of 4 which was priced at about $22 before taxes which I feel is not worth at all. I still got 2 packs because I have always been fond of eating crossians but after geeting diagnosed with celiac, I could not find them anywhere else in Kitchener. Little did I know, it wall all go in vein. The baked items were really good and I can confirm that they were 100% gluten free. But, the crossiants were a little fishy (in terms of being 100% gluten free, or as I felt). I had the first 2 bites of the crossiant and I immediately knew that it's not right (glutened). I threw up few minutes later. The branding on Crossiants shows Artisans so I am not entirely sure if they are prepared in house and are free from cross contaminaion. I have been feeling ill since the moment I had it. If you have celiac, I'd recommend not to get the crossiants. Bakes items are great otherwise.

2024 If you think can gluten free taste good?you can have an answer found here which you satisfy your sweetooth. Over an year Ive been here multiple times and never left dissapointed. They have added fresh dough , break and have daily specials which you can order. Today we ordered 1 -Peanut Butter square it is so rich not too sweet at all , you will taste crunchy peanuts wow..its super good. 2-Turtle Cheescake it tasted well but was not a fan of of crust in this. But filling and chocolate toping was smooth and delicious. Located in boardwalk, you have lots of parking and many stores beside it. 2023 Yummy...just yum. visited this place multiple times for muffins and brownies and never dissapointed. Tried date square , choclate brownie, chocolate chip cookie and cheese cake, all of them were really good. Not happy with the coffee served its better to get coffee from near by store(coffee culture) and have yum dessert here.

I am so grateful for Suzie as a person and her delicious gluten free foods. I have struggled with my health for years and part of that is keeping a gluten free diet, I found Suzie’s products online by accident. Due to my serious GI issues I can’t get to St. Jacobs market, but Suzie was kind enough to ship her products for me to try. The bagels and onion kaiser buns were very good. Best gluten free breads I’ve had! Something that is important to note is that Suzie just doesn’t make great gluten free products, they don’t have the other common allergens and fillers in them that most gluten free products have. Suzie’s food is good clean eats! My friend recently went to the St. Jacobs market for me. I only knew she was going the night before and I emailed Suzie that she was coming last minute. (Instead of placing my order the week before like I should have done.) Suzie was kind enough to set aside what I was looking for. This again was something she did not have to do, but she went out of her way for me. Her rhubarb squares and butter tarts are to die for! Her muffins are so moist! Those who aren’t gluten free loved them too. Thank you Suzie for your kindness, being so accommodating, and for creating quality gluten...

I first got a taste of Suzie's gluten-free food when I tried her GF pizza at Pizza Junction at St. Jacob's market. It was the best pizza, let alone GF pizza, I have ever had! She takes great care to prepare the pizza in a dedicated space, which a lot of pizza places do not do. The crust was light and fluffy, which is atypical for GF pizzas. Because my family and I loved her pizza so much, we decided to try her other GF products. We typically order her pizza crusts, bagels, and pie crusts, but we have tried her desserts and baguettes as well. Again, she is able to get a light and fluffy consistency to her bagels and baguettes without the grittiness that I find with other GF baked products. Her pie crusts are flaky, and, when serving pies made with her crusts to our guests, they cannot believe that the pie crusts are gluten-free. All in all, her prices are reasonable, particularly for the quality and taste you get from her products. I have recommended her products to all of my friends who have to maintain a...
