I wish It was an option open for -100 zeros. So I went in with my sister today Jan 09, 2019 I was in the store around 8pm to 830pm! all i see is two people walking out the door saying wow this is the worst customer service I have even seen! So both my sister and I looked at the worker her head was Leaning against her shoulder and she was facing the smoothie machines, I told my sister do you think your head is actually Like that or is she on the phone? She was like this for at least five minutes while the customers in front of me are waiting to have their order taken and Shaking their head they turned around told us she’s been on the phone for over 40 minutes while we’ve been standing here waiting! Finally later she comes to the desk take their order Gets them to pay, For the transaction was finished she walked away the lady in front of me had to take her own receipt!! All of this while still being on the phone she walks away and she makes the drinks! Taking about 5 mins to make them still on the phone! So my sister called the store 2 time we seen her look at the phone and ignored the fact that a customer was calling ( ARe you joking right now?) She goes to give the customer her drinks finally she put down the phone! Tell the customer sorry that was my manager, the customer said thank you for giving me me Receipt I took me myself! The worker said that’s my copy you can take it! I’ll go get you yours and give it to her and walked away! The working comes and takes our order she tells us the total “$15 how are u paying” I said “MasterCard”, she walks away didn’t say a word didn’t pass the debit machine so I stood there wondering what I’m supposed to be doing go around and do the order myself! No way I’m doing that and no way in hell im ganna tell her do your job like your supost to. So I went to the sidebar (and no I did not pay for the drinks! She didn’t pass it to me what am I supposed to do! ) I told my sister I bet she won’t go see if it went through or not surly enough she didn’t! she give me my drink and I walked out with 2 free drinks in my hands! %100 not my fault it wasn’t paid for! Read moreYesterday, May, 14th, 2018, my son ( 11 years old) went in the store to buy regular size juice ( which was suppose to be $ 7.30). I gave him a $20 bill and waited in the car ( I was parked facing the entrance, 5-6 meters away, so I can see inside the store). When my son came back, I asked to see the change and he gave me the change he got, totaling $ 7.70, so he was $5 less). I went in the store and spoke with the cashier and she told me that she gave him the right change. I double checked the pockets, I went outside, checked all over, and of course, checked in the car ( again). No money. The cashier told me she will call the manager. After 10 min she came back telling me that I should come at 10 pm, when they close the store and if they have $5 more at closing, they will give them back to me!!! I felt so offended! So, I’ll have to drive back 10 km to see if they have extra money and then they can aknowledge the stealing!!!

Read moreLove the drinks but this location has horrible service! It it conveniently located minuted from my office but last summer I had a bad experience and stopped going. Today I gave them another shot and was disappointed once again! Two people ahead of me got severed and left, at this point I was the only customer in the store. One employee was washing dishes and another was working on making about 7 drinks, assuming they were the phone order. I waited patiently until another customer came in ordered a regular drink and a wrap got her order and left as I was STILL waiting for my 2 snack sizes. I questioned the ladies about my order and they claimed the phone orders came in before I did so that is what they were prioritizing. I explained that they should always serve a customer face to face (who has already paid!) first before they work on drinks for someone who ISNT EVEN THERE. NOT IMPRESSED....
