Better than Jumbo Dragon!!! 🐉

Our new favourite local Chinese place ever since Jumbo’s quality has gone down. Ordered Pad Thai: it’s a westernized pad thai dish like Thai Express, on the sweeter side and less tamarind-y. But, still good! Large serving and comes with LOTS of shrimp too! (See photo) Their pad Thai is much better than Ben Tanh’s on Weber imo. Obviously if you want AUTHENTIC Pad Thai, maybe try elsewhere, but I still really enjoyed it for what it was. I’ll order it again for sure!

Husband ordered C6 combo and he couldn’t wait to have it again! Comes with lots of fried rice and a delicious egg roll. Their fried rice is seriously sooo flavourful and addicting too. We also ordered a Thin (Beef) Egg Noodle and it’s equally delicious. We were so full, but we couldn’t put it down- it was that good! At first it looked like there was no meat, but it was all hidden at the bottom.

To the owner: your food is delicious! There was only one time when the fried rice came slightly under-cooked, but it was a while ago and never happened again since. Just thought it’s worthy of your attention.

Absolutely loved it! Better than our regular Chinese food place! Our family ended up coming here because our favourite Chinese food place was closed on Tuesday. China Taste topped it in almost every area! The lemon sauce tastes like genuine lemon sauce -- absolutely a must try! Almost everything was better here than our other place. The food was less greasy than any Chinese food I have had!

The disappointment was only with the red sauce, which was a surprise to me because every Chinese food place I have had have all made the red dipping sauce the same. China Taste adds something that has a perfume taste. I ate very little of it, and I usually eat a lot of it --even with my fried rice! It is likely a better product ingredient-wise though because it tasted more authentic. You could try buying just the red sauce from another location. The egg rolls were smaller than normal. Order 2 egg rolls for every one that you would normally order.

Price: More affordable than our go-to Chinese place! It worked out to around $7/ person! The 5 of us ate the food that we ordered over 2 meals (almost everyone had adult food sized portions). We also had the cooked veggies I...

This used to be my go to place, at Least once a month. But the past couple months have been very disappointing!! Sometimes I find a chicken bone in my meal. Sometimes the chicken has a strange chewy texture (which makes me wonder if it's raw or if it's even chicken) Once my veggies were completely raw. Most times my "veggies" are 80% onions/ celery. Which is funny considering the meal advertises "Chinese vegetables" or broccoli. And the last time, I asked for no shrimp, extra beef, which I paid Extra for...4 little pieces of beef... soo basically I paid extra for no shrimp?!?! How is that even legal, let alone fair? Charge people to Not put something in? I call each time to let them know what happened, and not once have I been offered so much as a discount, let alone for a proper replacement meal. Not impressed!!! Especially considering how often I go there. You'd Think they want to keep their loyal customers happy... I thought wrong!! Zero incentive to...
