City Pizza — Restaurant in Kitchener

Had a terrible experience today. You should train your guy better on cutting pizza slices. He gave me a really small with a normal size one and would refuse to exchange the tiny slice he cut for a normal sized one. Its not my fault he cant cut a pizza so why should i accept the slices he gave me for what they are i work for my money amd expect better than this. Ive always been fine with city pizza until you hired this new lazy employee. Plus his attitude was terrible today. Me and my friend walk in the store and he says to the one customer I better serve them first or they will get pissed. Honestly you need a better employee who isn't so lazy and gets mad when you request slices of pizza cause there wasn't any on display. Terrible customer service by this employee. I'll be buying from twice the deal from now on you are losing some regular customers today. I suspect nothing will be done...

I ordered an extra large pizza and wedges for my husband to pick up for 5:45 on Tuesday November 8th. They called to advise me that they no longer do wedges at 5:34pm. I said no problem, my husband went and picked up the pizza and as I was paying some bills online I had noticed that they indeed charged me for the wedges $3.99 even though they no longer offer them.

Pizza was good, but please watch what you order and what you pay for. Unfortunately I did not catch it until around 9:30pm. I feel as though that it should had been taken off my order/bill yet it wasn't...

I have to honestly say that the owner is fantastic, he contacted me this evening after he had noticed that the error had been made and rectified the situation.

We will certainly be back, my kids loved...

Upon moving to the region 7 years ago - I tried this place on a whim; it was a great value when compared to the national franchise I had been using prior. Since then it's been my exclusive choice for pizza night. Staff is always friendly, even during the busiest of times. I always have the same simple order - but I have never had a single negative experience with service or product. Quality Pizza, Awesome staff, and great value for your $.

Still my only pizza place 10 years on. Everyone is always kind and engaging. Online delivery has never disappointed with pre-orders or immediate.

I'm most thankful as this location has helped fuel my university...
