If I could give negative stars, I would. I was a loyal customer to the Weber st location in Kitchener. However, due to moving I have been forced to order from the Williamsburg location. The pizza there is always pretty bad but tonight was the worst I’ve ever seen. It was undercooked beyond belief and sitting in a pool of grease. I have never called and complained but tonight I did and they apologized and said they would send new pizzas and I just have to give the bad ones back. Fast forward 1.5 hours and they finally come, with pizza just as bad as the ones before. Frustrated I said I just want a refund because this is not good and I’ll just order from Gino’s (something I should have done to begin with) he rolls his eyes and gets his debit machine and also says I can keep the pizzas! So he tries to do a refund but can’t figure it out, then he says he will e-transfer me (it’s been about 30 min since the e-transfer was “sent” and I still have not received it) afterwards he says he wants the pizzas. And I said no I’m keeping them like you said and I proceeded to close my door. He then starts banging on my door, ringing the bell, yelling, banging again. I’m a petite woman and it’s just me and my 5yo daughter here, she’s now crying and terrified. I grab the pizzas, open the door, swiftly pass them off and close my door and lock it. I then called the store to tell them what happened and there is no manager but 10 min later I call again and the manager is there but he has already talked to the driver who of course gave his side of the story, which was lies because he said that there was a man here saying “don’t open the door” when in fact it’s just me and my scared little girl. We were having a girls pizza night tonight to celebrate her getting an award at school today :( I will be taking this as far as I can, to head office, social media, everywhere. 100/10 DO...
Read moreThe Pizza was good. No doubt you will get similar quality in all the city pizza branches. But if you are looking for some customer service, skip this location. I promise you will get a good value even if you could drive a little bit away from this location. We had a party and hence we ordered 3 XL pizza over phone with '4 dips'. The guy over phone quoted me 45$ (37$ XL pizza promotional combo)+ the cost for dips +taxes incl. they asked me 6$ for the delivery for my postal code. I was ok with that. When the pizza was delivered, I didn't get my dips. But i paid 51+tips. When i called, they said they are going to refund my cost for dips. I ordered 1 more pizza for pickup and reached the location. At the location, they said they never billed for the dips and the cost is still 45$ + delivery fee. They apologized for the wrong quote over phone. I was ok and polite, because I know the pressure of handling multiple customers. The pizza I ordered was a tandoori pizza and I requested for adding jalapenos in it. They dint add any jalapenos at all and I found they charged me for the jalapenos. When I noticed it and asked , a guy with the turban (Sorry for generalizing, I don't have any other identification) said he is gonna put jalapenos over the top. I asked him not to put, since the pizza is already cooked. Then he came to the front and just handed me 2.5$ in a rude way, as if I am giving him trouble. I then realized that I should have been rude and troubled them instead of being so soft and not arguing for all that happened. Never going to this...
Read moreDisgusted with my pizza and their lack of concern when I called. I drove to pick up an extra large 4 topping pizza...box seemed a little heavier than last time. When I got home, I found that the pizza was water logged and box was very wet! ( Like whoever made my pizza did not drain the veggies from the fluid in the containers). Watery dough taste was terrible! I called and the guy had nothing to say accept - okay, we'll watch out for that. No apology, no offer to replace order...nothing! I told him, okay...you won't see me again!!! I'll get my weekly order elsewhere... Thanks for the nice Mother's Day supper - Not so!
I will update....once I was not so angry, I decided to call the daytime manager/owner (M-F) and ask them if what happened on the weekend was okay with them? They were very nice and treated me the way I wished I was treated in the 1st place. They apologized and offered to replace the pizza. They made it right. So maybe I only order during the week and then warm up? Weekend staff can be...
