UPDATE: In September 2025 I got a small 6 slice 3 topping pizza at this location and I was shocked by the price, it cost me around $27 that was for the pizza, delivery, and tax. I find that outrageous for a very small pizza and it wasn't even that good, the cheese was way too brown and hard on the top. Cheese on a pizza should be soft and gooey. I would not order pizza from this location again.
The pasta primavera and breadsticks at this location are really good, I got extra alfredo sauce on the pasta and it makes it just perfect. This is now one of my 'easy orders' because I WILL be ordering it again. The garlic cheese sticks are not the best though there's not very much garlic flavour and the cheese on the ones I got was just a thin hard layer and not gooey.
I really like Domino's pizza but they seriously have to lay off using so much pizza sauce or else spread it out better, when I get near the outer crust there always seems to be gobs of it it's ridiculous! There's basically too much sauce all over the crust not just near the edges but it's worse near the edges. The issue with too much sauce is that you mainly taste just that and it takes away from the other tastes. I would highly recommend to anyone who doesn't want overpowering sauce is when you're building your pizza choose less sauce. With ham you can get big slices, I'd rather the ham be smaller pieces. Also, this location needs more drivers, for example, after my pizza was made tonight and the perfection check complete it took another 20 minutes until it left the store. When the pizza is kept warm till the driver takes it the cheese gets too brown on top, it's no longer gooey, and the outer crust gets too hard, almost burnt, this has happened before. The other thing people really need to take notice of is the fact that Domino's does not even respond to reviews, at least this location doesn't. When it comes to unsatisfied customers when an owner or manager does not respond they're basically not acknowledging the issues and that is very poor customer service! I've worked many customer service jobs and what I was always taught was that the customer is always right but you have to acknowledge issues, any type of establishment is going to lose customers very quickly if they're just going to constantly ignore issues. They will not be getting repeat customers and that's the bulk of any...
Read moreI was accused of stealing my order in front of the entire store and in the parking lot when in fact, I already paid online.
I walked in and placed an order for a free large pizza my child recieved from his school. I wanted to place that pizza order online, but it wasn't working. So I ordered the other items I wanted online, and paid and placed the order online in store while waiting for someone to take my order. The male worker who came up to the counter and asked if I was there to pick up an order said I had to wait for his female coworker to take my order. As I waited, that's when I placed the online order. After the female worker took my order. I went and sat down. My online order was finished first. I asked for a bag for my drinks and the male worker went on a rant on how they don't have bags anymore because plastic bags are banned. I said I'd bring my order (garlic fingers and four iced teas) to my car, and I'd be back for the pizza. I left the store and walked to my car. As I'm about to open my car door, the male worker yells out if I'm going to pay for my order. I said I told him I was coming back for my pizza, and I already paid. A few people from the parking lot stared to stare at me. When I walked into the store, all the customers stared to stare at me. It was super embarrassing. The male worker tried to brush off what happened and said he didn't know that I already paid, no big deal. I was embarrassed and upset and calmly explained that it was big deal, you accused me of stealing. He walked away from me. The female worker apologized profusely and handed me my pizza.
This was the worse experience I've ever encountered. It felt as though the male worker treated me differently due to my gender (female), and treated his coworker differently compared to the male customers that came in. It was humiliating to be accessed of stealing when I wasn't at all. Overall, this experience at Domino's pizza...
Read moreI ordered a pizza at 12:21, 31 mins before they close. Shouldn't be a problem since they are open till 1. But after waiting an hour for my pizza (I waited this long as their delivery time last time took over an hour) and still nothing. So I called to ask why it was taking so long. Apparently, I never ordered a pizza at all? Even though I called and talked to someone, got the total and was confirmed it was on the way. I have the call logs on my phone so telling me I didn't call is outrageous. Now I am cooking a late meal before bed due to someone not actually taking my order when they tell me they are. I am going to be calling HQ tomorrow to let the district manager know about this underperforming store. I wouldn't use it if the piece of the pie rewards system let me choose which store I want my pizza to come from. They burn my cheesy bread a lot and have a lot of management issues it seems. Whether it is your pizza coming late, not the right toppings, forgetting a dipping sauce or even forgetting your coke. I am super frustrated with this store. I hope the owner follows up with the manager to find the underlying issue...
