You are cheap, It’s really disgusting how you treat your customers.

I understand that there’s a lot of good reviews for your restaurant, but to own a restaurant yet to try your best to keep all the customers happy.

I come from a very generous family hence why we did not take your 5% 10% discount and we paid the full price when we had meal at your restaurant

After telling three of your employees at the beginning of a meal that we found bones in our chicken “shawarma” Your employees did absolutely nothing. We found bones, but our chicken was very fatty. It has huge fat chunk in it, which is disgusting.

I open door wide for your employees to make it right. They called you and you did not help at all. They did not fix the problem at all. They did not care to fix the problem at all. In return, They offered us a pudding! How cheap of you?

I tried my best to give your employees chances to do anything that is fair.

They came back at me saying they can give me a 5% discount. I told him no keep the money. It’s fine. I’ll pay full price. he agreed quickly. good job now you have an extra five dollars in your pocket. Doing running a business and being generous in the restaurant business.

Member of my family could’ve choked on the bones that were in your chicken. if you’re choking is equivalent to five dollars I wonder what your reputation is worth

Even when we asked for olive oil, they gave us vegetable oil and promise to us that it’s olive oil.

Oh goodness, so much to unpack. I’d give this spot 0 stars if I could.

Context: three adults and 1 infant paid $65 per person!

Took way too long to get us seated, we arrived on Eid at 4 pm called in advance and they said there was no wait plenty of seating. Fantastic. Yet we arrived and it took nearly 20 minutes to be seated. No waiter came to our table. We sat for 35 minutes waiting. In the end had to get up and ask for someone to take our order. I ordered the large family platter in hopes there would be enough to take home and eat the next day (I have a 6 month old which means I’ve got my hands full with barely anytime to cook) not only did the waiter (who I assume was the owner, tell me “are you sure it’s a lot of food for three people” and I proceeded to explain why I’m ordering that — like it’s his job to know my business 😒— Ordered an appetizer and salad. Both extremely small portions, it’s literally a sample size. Not worth the money that’s for sure. Our food took over 45 minutes to arrive. And that too when we got it the portions were so small it was ridiculous. The side of rice and bulgur is barely even enough for one person. Also no sauces you’d have to order and pay separately. We barely had leftovers because it was such a small portion. I had ordered water for all the three adults only got two and when I asked again for a third we never got it. The.food.was.BLAND. Omg. I’ve had amazing Turkish food in my life and this wasn’t it.

We paid $200 including tip which wasn’t even deserved tbh. Not coming back. Won’t recommend it. Don’t waste your hard earned money here, I’m sure there are better places out there that aren’t this ridiculously...

I had such a good time at this restaurant. We ordered kebobs, and lamb chops. The food was amazingly flavorful and so well made. They bring it out as a platter so you get a little bit of everything such as rice, salad and meat. It took almost no time for our food to come out however, when we asked for water, it took a while. We had to ask a couple of servers for water refills. The restaurant itself was very nice with Turkish decor and artwork. I highly recommend this place!

I did this review 3 months but I am adding to it because I went again with my husband on Valentine's Day. The restaurant was very busy but as it was before, a very nice atmosphere. The service was awful. We had to wait quite sometime for someone to even notice that we didn't order yet. I called over a young girl who took our order. For drinks, we ordered 2 waters, coffee and an ice tea. They brought over, 2 ice teas, 1 water and coffee. Eventually we got our food but it was odd because I got my food first and it took another 10 to 15 minutes for my husband to get his food. They should bring it out at the same time or within around 5 minutes of each other. The last thing I want to mention is that my husband found a piece of plastic in his rice. That was awful to say the least. We told a server right away and she apologized and didn't charge us for the meal. We waited for our bill and take out containers but of course, that was taking a long time so we went to the front to pay. We didn't end up taking any food home cause at that point, we just wanted to leave because of the service. This was such a disappointment and my husband and I agreed that we will not be going back to...
