Pepi's Pizza King E - Famous Pizza & Toasted Subs — Restaurant in Kitchener

First time ordering pizza from here and it was huge disappointment. Pizza was disgusting cheese didn’t taste right, tasted old. When I called back and was talking to the person on the phone they were very rude kept saying that there’s nothing wrong with their pizzas after I vomited a shot from the taste of the cheese. I asked him what kind of feta cheese it was, was it Greek or real Canadian feta cheese and he told me it’s just feta cheese! I would think since they are a pizza shop they would know their cheeses.Pizza was too well done and kinda burnt. Pizza was over priced and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! I have been at multiple pizza shops like pizza pizza, pizza nova, and Gino’s and all their feta cheeses tasted all right. The dough was alright, nothing wrong with the sauce, bacon and pepperoni but just the cheese wasn’t right. I will be calling a health Inspector for this place. Pepis pizza use to have good service! Good people! Now i am sooo discusted with service and product. We ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery...before driver left my house we were calling the store for a remake on 1 of the pizzas. Not only was the lady rude and not able to understand she made a mistake ...and tell me she didnt have time for this... I repeated that i would give the he pizza back that my guest were specific on what they wanted we would wait for a new single pizza to be delivered to replace the one they made a mistake with! 1 hour later we called back asking were is the pizza? The guy that answered said original location was closed at this point im like my @$$ Im posting this before 11pm so really?????? The online info says they r open until 2am! They messed my order up made my guests wait ! Im now driving to water st. To get my company food!!!!! Cause they wont deliver!!!! I ordered this place through skip. They use their own drivers. After waiting for almost 2 hours I finally got my food. It was disappointing. Didn’t taste very good. Also, the restaurant told skip they tried to call me twice and left me two voice mails. They did not. When the driver finally showed up I saw him try to call someone from my balcony. Then he called the restaurant and said no one is answering their phone. I sent my husband down in the meantime to receive our order. Then the restaurant called me on the number I had on my skip file. I answered, when I went to complain on what was going on the lady hung up on me. I called the restaurant back and got a guy on the phone. He listened to my complaint but then said I will have to call the manager in the morning. Oh and my husband grabbed the hand written receipt from the driver.
