Pizza Bite — Restaurant in Kitchener

I recently tried Pizza Bite based on the positive reviews, and overall, it lived up to its reputation as one of the better pizza shops in town. The pizza itself was quite tasty, and the potato wedges were a nice addition to the meal.

While I enjoyed the food, there were a few minor hiccups with my order. Firstly, it took 1 hour and 40 minutes for the delivery to arrive. Thankfully, the food was still warm, and I appreciate the $15 discount provided, even though I didn't request it. I understand that Fridays can be busy.

I did notice that the mild sauce on the wings was on the sweet side, which might be a personal preference.

Additionally, there was a discrepancy in the amount of grilled chicken on my pizzas. I had selected 3x grilled chicken for one, but it seemed to have the same amount as the one where I chose only 1x chicken. Given the busy night and the generous discount received, I opted not to call in about this.

Overall, despite these minor issues, I appreciate the effort and the unexpected discount. It's clear that Pizza Bite values its customers, and I'll likely give them another try...

I ordered a large Hawaiian pizza for delivery Jan 24. I called my order in and was not finished explaining something when whoever answered the phone thought I was finished and hung up. It was after 4:30 when I ordered it but wanted it for 6. The first person did not write that information down, which is crucial. Anyway, everything was straightened out, I received my pizza on time, hot, but not steaming hot, and it had a lot of toppings on it. I bit into the first piece and thought, where's the sauce? Second piece was the same as well as the 2 slices I had today. There was hardly any pizza sauce on it. That was disappointing as it kind of made the pizza dry. I will try Pizza Bites again as the crust and toppings were perfect. I'll ask to put a more sauce...

The business owner here seems like a fair and honest owner who was trying to regain some losses on a food group. The losses were caused by a prank, someone who ordered 200$ worth of pizza but the order was fake. They offered the order at half price but what they meant was, any items from that order could be purchased for half the price.

Some folks who can't comprehend what they were doing(even after the owner corrected themselves, kindly and politely) are now on a witch hunt calling him a scammer. It was not a scam. Some humans have nothing better to do than try and ruin one's livelihood over NOTHING!

Not true. Good pizza....
