Wingzza Junction — Restaurant in Kitchener

I saw a few photos on the Food in Waterloo Region Facebook group and thought I'd take a chance on the $19.99 2lb deal with 2 pops. We opted for the breaded Garlic Parmesan and Hot Honey options. AMAZING wings! We've always opted for Wings Up, however, this is definitely our new go to and will be revisiting this week. May give the pizza a try just because, if the wings are this good, the pizza has to be of similar quality. Service and delivery were prompt and handled in house (I think it was the owner?) Wings were still piping hot and crispy when they arrived. AAA++++++ Note.. the first bite was so great that by the time I was ready to take a photo the box was empty. Will update with photos next visit.

Update from previous review Ordered another batch of 2lb wings with Garlic Parm and spicy barbecue. AMAZING. Had to try the pizza and the poppers this time along with it. Poppers were great! The pizza is up there with all of the high volume regular franchises. Meh. Its pizza, but it's not hand stretched high quality properly leavened dough that you will find from small pizza specific restaurants. However, I would still give it a solid 7.5. (If comparing with the pizza of City pizza 4, dominoes 6.5, pyramid pizza 5.5, pizza pizza 6) i give the place a 9.0 though as a one stop wing/pizza place combo as it so tough to find an establishment that kills it in both options...

I don’t normally write reviews, the few times that I have… more often have been bad ones warning people and sharing the horrible experience.

This, is NOT one of them! In fact this might be the best review and recommendation that I have given.

On a whim I decided “hey, I want pizza for Fathers Day!” And while I was searching, I decided to go outside the norm and try a place I never have before. Boy, was I astounded at the pure quality of the food. From the crust of the pizza which by the way is a perfect balance of soft and crispy… to the sauce which completes the flavour! The cheese and toppings were quality!!!

Now let’s move on to the wedges! I love wedges and I know good ones. These ones blew my socks off, they were like nothing I’ve had before and that’s a top tier thing. Crispy and flavourful. The wings!! Fuggedaboutit 👌 sauced just right, crispy and not dry!

The most astounding part of this experience though was the price! In this economy and the theft we endure at grocery stores and any other establishment… this place gives you exactly what your money is worth and more!!

I had a very disappointing experience at Wingzza Junction. The service is extremely poor, especially for online food orders through Uber Eats or Skip. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my order, and even then, it was still not ready. This is not just my experience—while I was there, at least four other drivers were also waiting for 20–30 minutes.

It makes no sense for the restaurant to accept orders if they cannot prepare and deliver them on time. This shows a lack of respect for customers’ and drivers’ time. The staff seem inexperienced and insufficient to handle the volume of orders.

Additionally, during my wait, I noticed that the kitchen was not clean or hygienic. Since the kitchen is visible from the front near the cashier, anyone can see the poor standards of cleanliness.
