Takeout spots aren’t usually where you expect unforgettable service — but this Pizza Hut completely flips that idea.
From the moment you step through the door, you’re greeted with genuine warmth, not just the usual “your order’s ready.” The employees here make you feel like they’ve been waiting for you, not just an order number. They remember faces, they double-check everything with care, and they make sure you leave with a smile before you even take your first bite.
What really sets them apart is consistency. Whether it’s a busy Friday night or a quiet afternoon, the energy is the same — upbeat, professional, and customer-first. Orders are always accurate, ready on time, and handled with such attention that you can tell they take pride in even the smallest details (like sealing the box properly so the pizza stays piping hot).
It’s rare for a takeout-only place to feel personal, but here, the staff somehow turn a quick pickup into a 5-star experience. You don’t just grab your food — you leave feeling valued.
In a world where customer service often feels rushed or robotic, this Pizza Hut location proves that kindness, care, and a little extra effort make all the difference. If there were a gold medal for takeout hospitality, this team...
Read moreA friend and I went here spontaneously to get pizzas, to share with the group (five of us). It was easier to make two orders so we could all share in the cost (paybacks between us). My friend ordered the first pizza, a medium with three toppings. Then the guy walked away (he assumed we both represented the single order). Stood there at least five more minutes before he came back to tell us we didn't have to wait in the store, where we then explained that I also had an order. It happens, not a big problem. So I also ordered a medium 3 topping (no special attributes). It came to $23 and change. After ten more minutes, my friends pizza was ready. I waited another five more. Outside, we all gorged. As far as pizzas go, it was really just OK. There's so many better pizza choices out there, seriously. But then I saw the sign in the window, and this is what makes me give it a 2 star review. The sign read: 1 large 4-topping pizza $15. Sure, we didn't see it and didn't ask for it, but as a walk-in, the guy at the counter coulda been all like "hey guys, instead of paying $23+ for a medium 3-topping, get a large with 4 toppings for $15..." If the pizza we got had been amazing then maybe I wouldn't of cared, but $15 for the subpar pizza would have been...
Read moreUnfortunately we didn't have a good experience. When we went in to order it stunk like a bathroom (really smelly), and there was a difference in the pricing between the deal posters up and what we paid. When we questioned them on the price they said that wasn't available today. Nowhere on the poster did it say that and they just gave us the "what do you want me to do about it look". It was only a couple of bucks so we didn't make a big deal out of it.
The other part is the taste of the pizzas. They didn't taste the same as pizzas we've ordered from other Pizza Hut locations. We got a large pep, mushroom, bacon with stuffed crust and a gluten free.
The gluten free wasn't cooked properly. Burnt on the crust and raw in the center. The large pizza had a funny taste and smell to it. I think it was the cheese, but still can't figure out what it was.
Won't go back to this location and didn't even eat the leftovers. We were really hopeful and wanted to try it. We will just stick to the sit down Pizza Hut locations when we can find one.
Go to Pizza Stop in the Edelweiss plaza, they have amazing pizza &...
