The girl working today (8.22.2025) around 3:30 was not very friendly. I ordered a burrito bowl. I asked if there was cilantro because the container was empty she said they didn’t have any. Okay that’s fine. Then I ask for lettuce at the end she sprinkles the littlest amount, I ask if they have more thinking she will open up another bag since the container is also empty. She scraps whatever scraps are on the sides and I ask do you have more lettuce? And she tells me no we don’t (lies) then takes my bowl to the cash. There was a person behind me who will most likely want lettuce. I don’t understand why you can’t fill the container and give me normal amount when you will have to fill the container anyways for the next person. She was rushing and being lazy. She gave me a fed up face when I had asked for more. I understand this isn’t maybe the greatest job but the attitude was unnecessary and the simple task of adding lettuce shouldn’t tick someone off. Wow... Talk about slow service. Foods always decent. But it takes way to long. There are times we want to pick up some food from here but we decide not to because it takes so long.

Anyway, get this. Today we had a craving for it and we decided to order in because we were busy with so much. It's embarassing to admit, but it's across the street lol. But who wants to wait 20 minutes in line just to order when we could continue what we were doing. Well, my wife accidentally ordered from the boardwalk location.

The delivery from the boardwalk location was faster than going across the street and ordering it in person. Think about that.

Asked the server twice if they had beef impanadas and she said yes so I said can I have 2 beef impanadas? She said yes, then I took my order and went to gym, later on found out she gave me some deep fried apple desert impanadas, threw it in the garbage and called to ask why this happened and she took no responsibility for her mistake or no apologies and says she can’t do anything about it. Oh well I know I’m going back now to get my money back and see how they wouldn’t give my money back. And for my loaded fries there’s not a single fork or napkin so how am I supposed to eat this unless I take it home? Smh avoid...
