I accidentally ordered off subway app for a 4.99$ deal of a 6 inch sub. It was my first time ordering off the app and I didn't pay attention to where I was ordering because usually every other food ordering app updates to the closest one to you or will tell you "you are far away from this location". Anyways I ended up ordering it to this location. I didn't realize and when I went to pick it up from where I thought I ordered it to, they told me they can just void my order and have it made there. Well I contacted this location and she told me it was already made and would have to speak to her manager, so Waited and herd nothing and then I had to call back again to figure out what was happening and then she said the manager says they could not void my order, so I told them they can throw it out since driving there would be more money than my order. So I guess they are short on this month's rent because they couldn't even give me my 5$ back. Won't come back to this...

Literally 5 of the meatballs were ROCK HARD. it hurt my tooth to bite into.. they were all garbage. WTH are you serving people? Petrified meatballs? It’s not like one side of it was over cooked, the entire thing was like a golf ball. I will never return here. Ladies at the counter were giggling when I ordered and I honestly think they knew… food inspector needs to make a visit. this location and the one on Fischer hallman are on my never again list as the guy is extremely stingy there, and apparently you’ll end up with a broken tooth and food poisoning at this one. . Read moreSubway mobile app offered BOGO 12" Sandwich, and the mobile app said that this was a participating location. Issue with mobile app prevented me from placing an order because the 12" sandwich button was missing from all of the selections. Called store and they said they would help me, just to come in - so I did. When I get there, the girl behind the counter refuses to help unless I buy the cheapest nastiest sub on the menu and the BOGO sub has to be a cold cut...... This is horrible service and feels like a scam. I then call out the company in a helpdesk ticket for the app for falsely offering a BOGO on any sandwhich, but not honouring it, and ask for them to contact me back, and they proceeded to delete my Subway app account.... so.... I would HIGHLY recommend going to Mr Sub instead. Less of a scam and they won't treat you like garbage when you call them out...
