Starbucks — Restaurant in Kitchener

Since I started working at the college (November 2022), this sbux crew is a bright smile on my mornings. They haven't missed the mark on my white chocolate mochas, and they've memorized my customization.

Service is pretty quick, though the mornings are not as busy as lunch crush time. The crew here are very approachable, friendly and fun to chitchat with.

This location is missing the music, understandable that they are surrounded by classrooms and other College offices.

One of the worst experience not in line with Starbucks reputation! I ordered a medium Latte Chai which was pretty cold. Then I requested the delivery girl to either microwave or replace it. The staff refused to do so & I was left with no other choice but to leave the Latte Chai over there beacuse it was not worth consuming. Yesterday, I went to starbucks cause I was feeling like I wanted a treat, and I got 3 different things. The lady on the speaker was super kind and maleficent she made my order super quickly.
