I love Starbucks, they make great drinks and food, however, The evening of July 8th 2020 about an hour or two from closing, I made an order for a few drinks and was very clear with the barista that I needed my drink to contain almond milk.

BEFORE accepting my drink I verified AGAIN that it was made with ALMOND MILK. The barista told me that he knew it was and that I will be completely fine.

I drank the Venti Iced Chai Tea Latte at about 6pm and began to feel sick at around 7pm. Because I believed this was made with almond milk, and not the regular dairy base, I was not able to accommodate myself accordingly.

At about 10pm I was going through cold sweats, severe cramping, bouts of lost consciousness and hemmorging. I am unable to process dairy and go through severe allergic reactions if I am unable to treat it.

I may never trust this location again or starbucks as a whole when it comes to my allergies. If you have similar allergies, just stay away from this location FOR SURE. They dont seem to take allergies seriously and are negligent when it comes to respecting order requests.

My wife and I love Starbucks but this location is awful. This location has a drive thru and it is clearly the priority. After having a tough experience a couple weeks ago, my wife and I decided to try this location again today.

We ordered using the Starbucks mobile app at about 1:30 this afternoon - two drinks and two snacks. When we arrived, our two drinks were already prepared, which was fantastic!

However, even though there were 0 customers in the store, we had to wait 10 minutes to get our warmed up chocolate chip muffin and gingerbread loaf.

During our wait, they served at least 7 cars via the drive thru. And an employee was rung through and served before we got our food.

Now we would understand if it was busy, or they were short staffed. But there were 0 customers in the store. One of the staff restocked some juice instead of getting us our food. Not a single one of the 6 staff (including an area manager) greeted us, talked to us or even made eye contact.

And all they needed to do was take a couple of baked goods out of the plastic wrap and...
