Went in to order 4 items, 3 sandwiches and a wrap. After the staff member Jyoti, put exactly three pieces of spinach, I kindly asked for more, to which I was told too many vegetables will make my sandwich hard to eat. After this initial interaction, Jyoti and the second staff member Raman, thought it was appropriate to talk about me under their breath to one another, and even to the point of speaking closely to one another in their ears. The wrap was a large turkey, bacon and guacamole. I asked for one line of sriracha and got three, I asked for one line of ranch and got chipotle instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the response from Jyoti was ‘oh’ At the time of payment, I noticed the size of the wrap wasn’t large, but small. I tried to correct Jyoti that she was under charging me, to which she snapped back at me saying the extra charge was for extra bacon. The two employees were so completely rude to me, as I was attempting to fix their mistake. The wrap was so spicy due to Jyoti’s error. I am disgusted by the service of your male staff member who wouldn’t give me his name when I said I had to complain after his poor hygiene. He didn’t wash hands before starting to make a sub after touching cash register , and refused to and only changed gloves reluctantly. Then he went ahead and touched all sorts of surfaces again in the back area ( check your cameras ) before coming back out and trying to touch the food.)
Until I told him I could tell subway the time and place and they’d work out who he was. … then he gave me his name as NIL.
I have been going here for years with my wife and family and friends but I will never go back again and I will tell everyone I know how awful this guy was. He laughed and said I have allergies and not to come to store again.
I said it’s not allergies I’m worried about but It’s germs since it’s Covid times During 2022.
He told me to never come back and didn’t even realize he was doing anything wrong. Absolutely awful survive. I threw the sub away after paying for it because I didn’t trust him.

I had placed a pickup order and the same sub which tastes totally delicious in Windsor, was totally dull/tasteless when I tried it at here. When I checked the sub, everything was just too less, toppings, sauses well it seemed like they don't even use all the sauses as instructed to use.
