wanted to share some honest feedback about a Tim Hortons location I’ve frequently visited and used to really enjoy. For the past few weeks, I’ve noticed a decline in quality and service, which has been disappointing.
Today, I went through the drive-thru and ordered wedges. It took a bit longer to prepare — which I was fine with — but what I received was completely burnt. I had to park my car and go inside to show the staff. The manager told me I’d need to wait again for a fresh batch. While I appreciate the offer, I felt my time wasn’t respected. If something isn’t available or up to standard, it’s better to be upfront instead of making the customer wait unnecessarily.
Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I’ve had a poor experience at this location. The drive-thru is often messy with empty cups scattered around, and the mic quality makes it difficult to place an order clearly.

When I asked “Don’t I get some change back?” He looked at me like I was stupid, turned around to his coworkers and laughed, and handed 5 cents more change to me than I was supposed to even get…which is fine for me! But on the other hand, are they paying attention to how much change they’re giving back to customers? Management should pay attention. I’m confused what is with the attitude? And why do I have to ask for my change back? Everytime I come here there’s some sort of issue, reading these other negative reviews I can say I 100% believe these customers experiences. I go to this Tim Hortons every morning for a coffee and they had an amazing service. However, since few months ago their quality in work has decreased and nothing is the same anymore. Today I ordered a bagel and asked for it not to be cut but they cut it on purpose and the entire bagel had bacon pieces on it, which is very disrespectful knowing that I asked them several times not to do so.
