We have always loved wings up wings but I'm super dissapointed with their choice to rip people off. I ordered and paid 21$ for 1 lb of wings I opened the box and there were 7 wings . I decided to weigh them and they came out to be significantly under . so I called and explained and they told me no they weighed them and they were over a pound when they cooked them ,case closed. I said I took a photo of the weight they are way under. They proceeded to call me a lier . I have never been to a restaurant that sells a pound of wings or anything for that matter for a meal and then gives you much less claiming it was a pound at some point in the past !? Advertising a pound that is what the customer should be getting - what they paid for. At least be honest so customers know what they are getting 3/4 pound or 1/2 pound in this case. If anything with the breading it should weigh more than a pound. It worked out to be almost 3$ a wing. Wings up has really gone downhill in the last few years. it's really too bad but we won't be going back due to their lack of ethics and the principal of false advertising and terrible...

Ordered honey garlic Wings and they were dry and not enjoyable. The wedges tasted barely cooked close to raw potato chunks. They had forgotten to give me my pepsi with my order. Didn't realize until i got home went back and was hassled to figure out if this was true. They checked their machine for about a minute then I had to confirm with i guess the manager, who gave me my order. He then asks, I'm assuming because it was in their language, if he gave me a pepsi he says no. Was not compensated for my time or gas just hands me the overpriced can and says i can have the receipt as i leave for the 2nd time. I understand its a 2(1.89) dollar can of pop. Its the fact that i told them i went home and had to come back and was clearly not happy by my facial expression. Was not happy with my experience. Absolutely terrible experience with WingsUp! Kitchener – Highland. I placed an order for a buy one, get one free promo on April 19th at 9:50 PM, but only received 4 wings for $28—no promo honored. When I contacted Uber Eats, they told me to reach out to the store. The store, however, completely refused to help and the customer service agent was beyond rude and completely incompetent. No effort to resolve the issue, just attitude and dismissiveness.

$28 for 4 wings is outrageous, especially when a promo should’ve applied. This is hands down the worst customer service and worst wing experience I’ve ever had. Total scam.

If you value your money and time, skip this place and order from Wing Mania instead—20 wings for $30 and they never mess up....
