Twice The Deal Pizza — Restaurant in Kitchener

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Horrible customer service. I have ordered from here before not often but with no problems. Today I call around 5pm and order a medium pizza and one pound of wings. Time passes by & it’s been over an hour which I’ve never waited this long for pizza that’s even further away from you. Keep in mind I’m a two minute drive from them, I call and a man answers the phone and I ask if they placed my order or may have forgotten.. he says no it’s on the way rudely and as I’m about to ask another question hangs up. I call back & he answers right away and says my Adress I say yes but you hung up while I was asking you a question does it usually take almost an hour and half for a medium pizza? He yells yes and hangs up again. Finally by the point I’ve made up my mind I’m not paying for this pizza because of how long it took an hour and half & because of the persons arrogance on the phone. The delivery driver finally shows up which is most likely not his fault and tries to convince me to buy the product. I decided to make a box of KD which is 100 times better than this pizza place. Rude people and I could have had a 5 course meal at a restaurant for the time this took. You think in a time like this they would want buisness? Skip the dishes is way better which is probably why they aren’t on the skip the dishes page. Save your money and go...

I just called this restaurant not even a minute ago, tried to call an order for delivery. I was asked for my address, I gave them my adress, and the guy on the other end must not of heard me right because he repeated the wrong address to me, I tried to give him the right address but he apparently wasn't listening because he was unresponsive, got a call, and them hung up on me. You guys are open till 330 am, and you're not that far down the street from me. I'm paying for a service here. I wasn't rude or Impolite. But now I will be. I know where your store location is, it's not far from me. There's gonna be problems, and guarantee your business will get nothing but awful reviews from me, and I will be directing people to other pizza joints that are not twice the deal. Dominoes beats you guys in service. Even the guy that was shoving cheese up his nose, I think it was a papa John's employee, if you don't want to work, then quit, people like you don't deserve a job, don't deserve to handle a phone. You're a disgrace and your customers deserve better service elsewhere. I could be a better customer service agent under the influence of PCP, Crack, And heroine, this location made me sick, and made me realize why restaurants and people fail in life. I would never recommend going here. I ordered a combo with 2 large pizzas and 3 pops. We waited an hour for our pizza to get delivered and mind you I’m only a 2 min drive. The driver shows up and makes us pay the FULL amount without giving us our pops. When we asked where the pops were he just said he didn’t know and walked away. I had to yell at his car to bring him back and show him that we did order the pops. He says he would be back in 5-10 minutes and we waited another 30 mins just for pops. There was no compensation whatsoever for the poor customer service and wait times. Keep in mind they basically robbed us of our money for the pops. I was sent an email a few days later to give feedback on my recent order and I did, still no response. I had another poor experience when I showed up after work at 12:25am to pick up a pizza slice as it said on their website they were closed at 1am. I tried opening the door and it was locked. There was a man standing at the cash register and he told me to go away. Poor customer service, closing early out of laziness, and insane wait times. Would not recommend. Save...
