Upon reaching the window after payment the individual handed me my tea & coffee. I requested my tea bag on the side. To which they gave me jazz hands and said 'I only have two hands!' When they returned after a few moments with my tea bag, they then further stated 'I wasn't stealing your tea bag!' I replied, "70% of the time I need to request it because a lot of customers do not request it. Your reply wasn't at all necessary." This person then stated how they have worked there for 25 years... I drove away. I was not arguing or holding up the busy drive thru. I have never gotten such a poor reply asking for what I paid for over the 35 years I have been attending Tim Hortons. The crew member said she couldn’t hear me, so I repeated my tea order. At the next window, she again asked what I ordered, so I repeated it a third time.
