The pizza was 10/10 excellent.

The locals and karaoke girl were more welcoming then the server initially I was excited but it was short lived, the worse service I’ve had in years. We came because the reviews were great about how welcoming this place was. No smiles, no thank yous, didn’t come back once to ask for refills or other drinks or if we wanted other food, didn’t ask how the food was at all, had to ask for dipping sauce and extra drinks and it’s like she was insulted she forgot what we asked for (I also waited at least 10 mins b4 asking), didn’t bring extra drinks until the bill, asked about the menu and it seemed like it was a bother asking simple questions. It wasn’t busy so that’s not like she was slammed. Seemed like it’s a local place and and she doesn’t like to welcome others, which is weird since it’s a beach town with many visitors. Asked about merch her answer was just miserable, safe to say we didn’t buy merch. On a positive note the food was good and the drink I had was great, gravy was delicious but full of chunks. 2 other tables came in and they were told about the specials and it was clear she knew them and was way nicer. I won’t be back and I wouldn’t recommend my friends or family coming here either - simply because of the horrendous service, hopefully it was a one off...

Worked for scotty in the past went and got 60 worth of food and the nochos were poor to say the leastfirst was told the time it was to be done for pickup and get there and the order was not even started withscott the owner glued to his phone that he never even registeredthe server told him there was an order, 1 1 ounce sour cream and 1 1 ounce salsa and maybe a quarter cup cheese on nochos the size for 6 people, also got a Philly cheese stake and was such a tiny sandwich that a 5 year old would have still been hungry after eating it, the only positive thing was the fries. Was going to work there but my time is worth more than that. I'm a professional cook and the second cook at grand bends biggest resort so I know what I'm doing thes3 guys either don't or just did it because I quit on Scott in the past for wrongful...

We were just at the resturant the server explained the specials in correctly. For the burger special it is just the burger then they charge you 7.50 for fries. Asked if the cheese was processed was told no it was real cheddar came out and it was cheese slices with a frozen patti. The gravy was cold on the poutine. Asked about drink specials and types was told and then charged full price, when I asked about why being charged so much I was shrugged off. The resturant was empty expect for friends and waited over an hr for semi cold food. Do not recommend this resturant. The decor is cool too and matches the temperature...
