Visiting from Toronto. Came in with a friend to get food for our families. The deal was good, so we decided to give it a try. We were told food will be ready in about 20-25 minutes. We spent most of the waiting period outside, but close to the end decided to walk back in. I always observe everything and notice things. Well, the first thing I realized that that this store is being ran by 3 women. Then I realized why - all the dough was already rolled out on baking trays according to its size - easy job for literally anyone hired, as it's really hard to screw up a pre-made dough. Customers were coming in for their orders every so often, so we continued waiting to give it a fair try. We ordered a deal with 4 larges. When the boxes were given to us, we have noticed that they were much lighter than at any other pizza brand. When we brought food home and opened the boxes, the toppings were scattered very lightly and green peppers were not baked along with other items but just placed fresh after that pizza came out of the oven. Giving a 5 to their customer service, but in a good sense should give only a 3 for using a pre-made dough and low amount of toppings. Personally, won't give it another try, even though our teenagers said it...
Read moreI’ve worked in customer service for decades.. today, I witnessed/experienced probably the worst customer service of my life (along with around 8-9 other people who all had pretty much the same experience we did today). I am not one to complain, as I know things can get hectic, new staff may be training, etc.. I am a very understanding person and always give the benefit of a doubt. But this was clearly a situation where there was literally no proper workflow or direction for busy evenings.. aka most likely a huge lack of training and/or direction.
Brutal experience.. we definitely will not be back ourselves to this location. Please train your staff accordingly on how to prioritize appropriately (maybe stop answering the phones until you clear up the orders you have had waiting for over an hour) and how to handle high volumes. It’s unfair for the staff to be so incredibly overwhelmed to the point where almost everyone’s orders are completely messed up. It was not just one employee.. it was all of them. This says to me there is a massive gap in training and proper protocol. I’ve never witnessed such a thing as I did today, and hope I don’t in future.. I feel for the staff. They need direction.
Hopefully this helps you do...

However Grand Bend location was a disappointment.
Rude and very unfriendly stuff. My husband and I were the only customers on Tuesday night but the young woman at the order desk kept ignoring us.
She kept taking telephone orders one after another (!) while we were waiting, as if we were the second sort customer. When I finally asked to serve us, she replied “I cant” and left inside towards kitchen. We stood by the counter waiting for someone to come and take our order. Meanwhile I grabbed Sprite from the fridge, to add to our order. All of a sudden this very woman jumped towards me screaming: “No, put it back! There is Covid! You can’t do this!”
I told her that since she refused to serve us I served myself. She said she was off her shift and left.
Then another woman started serving us. On my question if slices are fresh she wasn’t certain enough, so I asked her to bake a new pizza. You could see how annoyed she was with me changing my mind because I doubted slices were fresh.
Extremely unpleasant experience, stuff must go under intense training. Will never visit this location and highly advise others to stay...
