Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lambton Shores

We visited the Pizza Hut in Grand Bend the day before Canada Day25, hoping to find a good deal on a pizza. I asked the manager—unfortunately I didn’t catch his name, but he had visible tattoos in hand —if there were any available promotions. He offered me a discounted pizza that had been cancelled by another customer. When I saw the pizza, it appeared very old—possibly left sitting for over an hour. The manager claimed that the pizza could remain “fresh” for 2–3 hours and offered it to me at half the regular price. However, the pizza looked stale and unappetizing, something that could easily cause food poisoning. I declined the offer. A little while later, I saw him sell the same pizza to another customer at the same discounted price. What concerned me even more was the lack of hygiene. I noticed the same staff member repeatedly touching his nose while preparing food, without washing his hands afterward. I understand the store may have been busy, but basic food safety and cleanliness should never be ignored. I would never recommend this Pizza Hut location to anyone. Selling old, potentially unsafe food and handling pizzas with dirty hands is unacceptable. I’ve never experienced such poor hygiene and service standards anywhere...

I recently ordered the Veggie Pizza and Chicken Alfredo Pasta from Pizza Hut, and I was genuinely impressed with the quality, flavor, and freshness of both dishes.
