Burger King — Restaurant in Lasalle

Absolutely filthy with bad food and bad service. I was working in the neighborhood for few days and being a fan of Burger King I came there several days in a row each time I went to the washroom where there was a condiment packet sitting on the top of the urinal. Thursday I saw the pocket first, than every day after that. The weekend passed and on Monday it was still there. Obviously they never clean the washrooms. On Wednesday I ordered a Italian chicken sandwich meal. The chicken was completely at room temperature, and I feel it's been sitting like that for quite some time since it was taken out of the deep frier. Being a good sport, instead of asking for another one, I said to the teller that it was cold, can you microwave it for me? She took it from me and walked to the back with a total attitude saying "can you microwave this? Apparently it's cold!!". I am shocked with this particular restaurant. I recommend you stay away if you don't want to get food poisoning, or catch something from the general filth this...

We went for dinner with the family (5 people) each ordered a meal and we waited 20 minutes for our food. At 20 minutes we only had our whopper meals and they were JUST putting down the nuggets and chicken fries and said it would be 5-7 minutes for those. At this point my 3 year old was over it and not wanting to wait for her nuggs. Staff was not apologetic and didn't seem to see any issue with the length of time it took, no urgency and a very casual "sorry bout that" . I don't usually leave reviews on places, but this place has awful customer service. Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes before someone got out of their car and told us their toaster is broken so they aren't serving food. I mean the toaster doesn't have anything to do with the fried food for God's sake. Waited another 10 minutes to get to the window and she said we can have food if we don't mind the bun isn't toasted. Like you could've just asked when we were at the ordering speaker. At least put up a sign or send someone out to let customers know what's going on, or pull people off to the side if they're waiting for food that's going to take a while so everyone else can get out of...
