I went here today 3x's not by choice bc thats how many times they got my order wrong. Finally my 3rd and final trip back I wouldn't order at the mic bc they have immigrants taking orders & they obviously don't know what they're doing. Then this girl MEG argues with me at the drive thru window. They didn't mess up 1 or 2 coffees they messed up my entire order which was 6 coffees every single one was wrong. I ordered 3 ex lr coffees with 2 milk & then 2 ex lr coffees triple triple and an lr stepped tea triple triple with milk not cream. I got 2 ex lr double doubles and 3 ex lr coffees with 3 milk & my tea that I ordered a lr with triple triple & I got an ex lr triple triple which is still wrong bc thats how I like it if it's a lr. Then as their re making my order for the 3rd time this MEG girl is trying to say I'm yelling at her if I was yelling she'd know it. She was calling me crazy to her co workers after she shut window. I could hear every word she was saying. Then she tries telling me she's doing me a favor!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING? NO YOUR NOT YOUR FIXING YOUR MISTAKE AGAIN !! How is that doing me a favor ? I paid for 6 coffees. Unprofessional & disgusting behavior. I really feel they should have someone else taking orders. I called before I went back & I asked to speak to a Mgr none there. Spoke to a supervisor & tried to explain situation & she tells me to hold on & I hear her telling a co worker I'm yelling at her !! OMG I wasn't yelling . I was expressing my frustration at the situation. No one should have to go to a Tim Horton's 3x's within an 1.5hr to get their coffee bc incompetent employees can't follow simply directions from the customer as to how they like their coffee. I drink 3 ex lr coffees a day from them 7 days a wk & this is the service I get. $2.45 for 1 extra lr & in a 7 days I purchase 21 ex lr coffees a wk @ $2.45 = $51.45 wkly on coffee X 4 wks a month = $205.80 X 12 months a yr = $2469.60 ON COFFEE here & this is the kinda service I receive. Read moreThis location used to be so much better, even during the height of Covid it used to be phenomenal. Great food, great service. I was always satisfied. That's not the case anymore. It's really fallen off a cliff in terms of quality of food and service.
Put simply, the staff they have there now are not capable of upholding the high standards they used to have. They are unable to ensure the quality this location was formerly known for. They very often make mistakes and the food is not as good as it used to be. They clearly do not care and have unremarkable service when compared to how it used to be.
I always used to get a sausage farmers wrap from here with extra sauce which I now have to pay for (used to be free of charge, now it's almost a dollar) but never receive and after multiple attempts I've stopped trying. It's also wrapped poorly and made without care and generally does not taste as good as it used to.
Myself and my wife used to get breakfast combos all the time, sometimes several days a week and it would cost $14-16 dollars between us both. Now it cost around $25 or more. It's just not worth it, especially when it's essentially unsatisfactory crudely made slop a 12 year old could make. I'd rather have McDonalds.

Read moreI've been coming to this location for many years and it's been going downhill for a while now. Usually I won't wait for being served if there's 2 people in line because it takes them way too long. Today beats them all... I ordered by the apps offer. A coffee and a muffin but unless you take the initiative to go to the details you don't know that not all the muffins are in that offer. So I ordered the coffee and a fruit explosion that was supposed to be 3 plus tax. The server asked me for more than 4 dollars so I said, sorry but theres no way the tax on 3 is more than a dollar. She was completely lost telling me that it what the machine says. So I said to cancel the order at which point she said let me see the offer. She then told me that that particular muffin isn't on the offer so then got the manager. The manager did everything to defend the server instead of understanding my side of the situation. So I finally said, she's supposed to know what the problem was and explain it to me instead of just just telling me that what the machine says. It's not my fault or job to know what reason is, afterall I am the customer spending my money there. The bottom line is people don't know how to do their jobs anymore.
