Allô mon Coco Centropolis — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

I had the worst experience ever, it was supposed to be a pleasant experience with my wife on Sunday's but it turned out to be a nightmare once seated at the table we noticed right away table not very cleaned , as well the fork and the knife were dirty I asked waiter to exchange them, after I order tea the cup had lipstick from previous customer once more I asked for replacement i thought to myself it could happen sometimes however the worst was yet to come my dish came and there was a hair in my egg Benedictine it was really disgusting I called the waiter and complained about it he did apologize and brought me a new plate to remedy. I did not want to ruin the atmosphere with my wife as I am in the middle of my plate another appeared once again this time I called the waiter and ask for the bill cause I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible even though he did not charge for my plate the experience was horrific full of disgust I will never in one million years step foot again in that place they need a team of experts in that place to watch who is cleaning cooking etc.........

I had eaten in this location 3 years ago and I gave 5 stars from the food, to the service, to the cleanliness and maintenance of the building. But, today I have to say I was disappointed like I have never been by a breakfast restaurant. The food was horrible; fruits were not fresh. Specifically the strawberry seemed to be served from frozen. The philly steak in the omelette, well we took 2-3 spoonful and then the rest went straight to the trash. The potato cubes were very bland and sad. There were between 10-15 tables and only two waiters, so we had to wait and wait every time we needed anything which was maybe 2-3 times. The state of the restaurant itself was horrible. There was a good layer of dust on the edges of the banquets separating the tables. There were missing or non-functional bulbs hanging from the ceiling all around. The carpet at the entrance were full of dead leaves, looking like it wasn't cleaned for quite a few days. All in all, I believe the owner has been cutting in every possible way to increse the in-flow of benefits, but nothing to make customers return to...

ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTING NEVER AGAIN ❌

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was too awful to stay silent.

I visited Allô! Mon Coco in Centropolis, Laval, and I genuinely regret it. From start to finish, it was a complete disaster. First off, the food arrived cold and completely dry—like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours, except without the “heat.” The eggs were rubbery, the toast was stiff like cardboard, and even the fruit tasted like it had been cut days ago. Absolutely nothing was fresh.

Worse, the plates and cups were visibly dirty, like they had just been rinsed with cold water and reused. One of my utensils had dried food stuck on it. Disgusting.

Service? Meh at best. The server seemed overwhelmed and uninterested, which made the whole experience even more unpleasant.

Honestly, this place should be ashamed to serve food in this condition. I wouldn’t come back here even if the meal was free. With so many better breakfast spots in Laval, don’t waste your time or money...
