A&W Canada — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

My friend and I were in the parking lot for a solid 10 minutes. Not one person in the drive-through and not one person walked in or out of the store. We walk in, and it takes about 5-10 minutes before someone goes in front. This whole time, I see fries sitting in the heater out front, hoping they would not give it to my friend or I since it must have been sitting there for about 15-20 minutes now at least, since no customers have been through while her and I waited. My friend and I ordered, and I recieved attitude from the lady servicing us, because I didn't understand one of her questions. Of course, the fries that had been sat there forever were served to me, and, when my friend and I decided to try and sit at a table, not one of them was cleaned! We tried four different tables before finding a semi-decent one. Once again, the place was EMPTY for at LEAST 15 minutes, and not one table was clean, the workers there were behind a closed door in the back instead of taking two minutes to clean the tables out front. My fries were cold and stale, both of our chicken tenders were cold AND I got physically ill after eating here, my friend's stomach was upset but thankfully she hadn't gotten ill like I did. Horrible service by this restaurant. I ordered through Uber Eats on Feb 7th and my whole order was wrong, I was also missing items from my order. I called this restaurant over 20 times for 3 hours and NO ONE answered !! I left A&W a message though Uber and provided them with my phone number, no reply. I left a comment on their guest services and requested a call back, still no one has reached out to contact me. It cost me over $40 for my order and to get only 2 items out of 12 items right... which were fries and onion rings (hard to mess that up) I was missing items and the other burgers were not made as requested. I will never order from this place again ! The A&W located on Concorde and Vanier at the Petro Canada gas station provides the best service !! I will go there from now on. Very disappointed that no one even cared to review my order to ensure it was correct before sending it out. And also dissapointed that there is no way to contact this location. 0...

By far this is the worst outlet. And by far the worst experience. I waled inside the restaurant and ordered , sat at our table waiting for our name to be called. 30 minutes later, i went to the clerk who initially didnt know how to load a coupon for the order, to followup on my order and she told me sorry sir, i dont have an order for you in the system. I showed her the receipt as proof, and since i didnt have much time i asked her to refund and cancel the order, she told me she doesnt know how to do it!! After another 20 minutes, the issue was solved and the order was refunded. No apology from the staff No courtesy towards the customer(me) All this i didnt mention the state of the restaurant in terms of tidiness.. its a pity A&W dont offer trainings to their employees and im not sure how much tidiness is taken seriously at...
