Dic Ann's Hamburgers — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

I have been going there for decades! The place is family owned and very clean. They have a bunch pictures on the walls of sports celebrities and entertainers that I always found interesting ! They got some pretty good autographs over there! They have taken very seriously the covid outbreak and have set up a pretty safe environment. Last time I was there I got my food very quickly as usual. They are very fast ! During the summer they ha a small outside eating area. Now, you have to understand that this is not a regular burger place.... The hamburgers are very different from what you might be use to ordinarily. They use very thin bread on both the top and the bottom of the burger and the meat is pretty thin as well. But what I and the other who go there love is the " special " sauce that they put on the burgers . It not for everyone . You either love the food there or hate it. It an acquired taste. The best example I can come up whit are pogos ! You either hate them or you love them but you can't realy call them hotdogs can you ? I mean, there is a wiener in both a pogo and a hot dog but they are different and they do not taste the same at all. So if you have an open mind and you want to taste something...

Guys i tried it today honestly for the first time, dont do it,, i order chicken burger and quattro burger the burgers are very very very very very smalllll,, its not a smashed burger neither a normal burger i cannot describe it… no taste No flavor The bun is in a sauce in the plate and its wetttt for godsakes what is this??? I swear to god if you order a happy meal from macdonalds u will be satistifed more,because me i want 6 or 7 burger from dicanns to say its ok.. lets talk about the poutine The poutine anns ( poutine with meat and Hotdogs) u taste nothing Its not the sauce poutine that we know,, and the cheese i am sure 100% its not the cheddar cheese that we add on the poutine all over canada,, the meat is spicy with no taste finally My opinion i dont recommend it at...

Saw many good reviews for this Montreal experience. Tried the Quattro burger with their signature spicy sauce. Knew what I was about to experience based on other reviews. Buns remind you of pancakes. Burger itself was typical fast food thin burgers. Sauce was a nice unique flavor. It was served with two popsicle like wooden sticks to presumably eat with. No way you are picking this sandwich up so used the sticks like knives and chopsticks. Definitely something different and not bad, just a little strange for utensils choice. I would classify this as a unique experience but a tough repeat customer spot with so many emerging choices in the greater Montreal area.
