Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

The extra star is because the staff are always kind and most are friendly.

The issue is i ordered a pan pizza (extra charge) but instead it came super soft and flat toward the middle, which i don't like and specifically paid extra to customize.

I brought it back and kindly explained and showed them. But the guy said its normal and that though he'll remake it, if it comes out the same way theres nothing they can do and that its just the dough itself and is maybe a bad batch. But if he thinks it's normal then he clearly doesnt believe its a bad batch and that its supposed to be thick throughout. SO how can he make the second one correctly if he doesn't see a problem with the first one?

I explained I've had to have it remade at another dominos recently for the same issue and the remake came out perfect, thick and kinda poofy, because as the employee had explained they paid specific attention not to overwork or push down too much on the dough. The guy just repeated what he said before and of course the 2nd came out like the first.

I couldnt just get a refund because i had got a 2 pizza special with my friend and it would have increased the cost of hers. So i had to try just cutting off the middle parts, from the point of the slice to about halfway up.

The guy at the counter was super apologetic and in  trying to be nice he finished with something like "but maybe its gonna be ok because its super delicious", even though i had already told them that I paid the thick dough because I dont like it flat. I had to remind him "whats delicious for one isn't delicious for everyone".

Ive been ordering pan pizza at Dominos for over 7 yrs. Im glad they at least tried to remake it, but it turned out even the thick parts further up the slice werent really good because they collapsed when held and were almost stretchy, so I think it maybe needed more time in the oven.

I appreciate the kindness of the employees and honouring to remake the pizza, but I can't pretend its not frustrating to pay extra specifically for thick dough and then have to throw away 3/4 of it because they don't know how to make it...

October 21 2019, at around 8 pm we ordered pizza online, we specifically marked that we were going to pay via Credit card. The driver comes to tell us they didn’t have a credit card machine, only a debit one.

So I told him, it’s okay I’ll pay with debit instead. He went back to his car and bring a machine with him where he took my card and swiped it.

I told him My card has a chip. I went on to pay my invoice. I went to look for change for tips and then next thing I realized my card was missing.

10 minutes after, someone withdrew $640 into my chequing account.

We tried to call the store to tell them what happened and they basically told us there was nothing they could do because the guy told them he didn’t have my card. And they kept insisting we paid with cash which was not the case.

Im hoping the driver pays for what he’s done.

I order here quite often with my coworkers. The food is great, however the delivery guy that often comes is always rude, brash and ungrateful. First off, today, the greeting was absolutely horrible. Then, he aggressively demanded tip (which HE wanted to put in for me). On top of that, he aggressively gave me the pin pad. I didn’t have tap so he got even more mad that I had to insert it for some reason. Despite all this, I still gave him tip. When he saw the amount of tip I gave him, he looked at me annoyed and said “Just that?” He was absolutely despicable to be with. He is always so mean to my coworkers and I for no reason at all. Despite all that, we always stay kind to him. We don’t know why he’s so tired of his job, but that is not our problem. The bare minimum we ask is that he is respectful.
