McDonald's — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

The absolute worst Mcdo experience in my life...As many people said the manager lady obviously hates her job... refused to take our order insisting that it's only 2 of them working and it takes time.the thing is that I only wanted to order a black coffee...and I was the only one there !!! She was very rude and unwelcoming... not sure why she even work there if she hates it so much.... I dont recommend this Mcdo...go anywhere...

Staff is not that friendly. Especially the daytime male manager. Always sourfaces! I don't understand if people don't like their jobs , why they just don't leave. In comparison to other McDonald's you have to wait too long for your food. They don't serve a lot of items that other McDonald's serve as well so...

Terrible service. The woman manager kept ignoring people at the cash and told them they were not taking order, telling people to order via the touchscreen. Problem is, not everyone knows how to use it. I had to walk an old man through his order. Never seen someone with such a sour face doing...
