Spice bros — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

I’ve tried Spicebros in the west-island and expected the same level of service, taste and generosity in the food, my poutine was 1/3 of the bowl and the rest was just plain air, full of sauce, almost 0 cheese… its so bad ruined my whole day. The owners of spicebros need to come down to their CF Laval location and do quality check and train employees on how to make meals. The food court was so full on boxing day and every restaurant had a long line except spicebros… Upper management need to take care of this location if not the whole reputation of their brand will be affected in a big negative way.. I was in the hospital with my son for 18 hours after he had the butter chicken poutine at Spice Bros in Carrefour Laval. No where in the resto was it written that this dish may have come into contact with nuts. The sauce itself is made with cashew yet it is called butter chicken with no indication of its contents. The only reason I know this is because after he had it and started to feel ill, I asked the cashier the contents of his dish. Two epipen shots and 2 Benadryl shots later, we are lucky my son is alive. I lost a day of work and him a day of school. My son spend the day at the hospital after trying the “Butter Chicken”. Why? They had nuts in it and they didn’t SAY ANYTHING ABOUT NUTS. They could have killed him. Two epipens at a pharmacy nearby, carried to the hospital by ambulance, and many hours in at the hospital. Thanks god and to the medical staff he’s back on his feet.
