From all the restaurant i've been too in all my life, i've never seen some unqualified employe like those in this tim hortons. It took 10 min to take my order, when the order is done i have to remind the employe to take the 6 donut then she put it in a bag. After realizing 6 donut wont fit in small bag she trew them in a 12 box with the toping of the donut facing the cardboard and it has stick on the cardboard. She also not include the ice cap i have orderred in the combo i have taken so now i have paid 19$ for a 15$ order. Then finaly when i talk to the manager about me paying more, she has notice that i had a 12 donut box and she wanted me to pay more until i show the other put 6 donut in a 12 donut box, but when i pointed out that she has make me paid more she look at me like its sad and do absolutly nothing about it. The last time we were here the donuts were very dry, but we decided to give this location another chance...big mistake. There was 1 woman sitting at a banquet by the windows and a family sitting towards the rear of the restaurant. There were no other clients present. Outside there was 1 car waiting for an order. The staff were behind the cash talking...doing nothing. We tried in vain to find a table that wasn't covered in food crumbs and sticky substances. Since we had no luck, and nobody seemed to have any interest in coming to clean tables, we left. Why don't employees try to keep the tables cleaner, they certainly weren't too busy to do so. Read moreThe number of times I went in the drive true for a latte with vanilla in it, and got to work tasting only a simple latte. It happens too many times. I can't walk back in every time, burning my mouth to make sure the latte has freaking vanilla in it. Takes them 10 mins to re-do it plus the bad service and eye-rolls you get when you complain about it. I have been working in costumer service for 5 years now and this is unacceptable. It's okay if it takes time. It happens. It's okay if you mess up the orders sometime. It happens. But the lack of respect some of the employes have when you complain is a problem. I leave home 20 mins early to take time to get my coffee before work. I expect at least to have a good service. Very disappointing. Something needs to be done.
