So yeah …. It’s Wendy’s …. It’s not high gastronomy …. But for a fast food place … for a delicious burger …. This place is awesome …. Have you ever had a Baconator ? …. Those things are awesome …. And I always liked this Wendy’s …. Service was never amazing though … but I don’t really care …. I just want my food and I leave …..
ONE THING TO MENTION …. I stopped by last week for my semi annual Baconator craving …. And waited a bit for people to serve me …. Just to be met with avoiding eyes and reluctance to get to the cash and actually leave the back room and take my order …. They called in a (maybe) new guy …. ANTHONY ….
Coolest service I ever got from someone … friendly, without being too much … professional … efficient …. Didn’t forget a single thing … put some napkins … but not too much ….. like … 4 …. Which is the perfect number … It may sound weird to say …. But it seems like little details like that speak to the assurance and efficiency of that employee …. And just to say …. I don’t need to be treated in any way …. If a person just gives me a blank stare … but gives me my food that is at a minimum level of acceptability …. I’m happy ….
But Anthony really stood out …. Of pretty much any other fast food restaurant I have been in … in a long time …. Just thought I would take a couple minutes of my day to mention it...
Read moreKeep coming here on the way to Rona because of the 2 for $4 breakfast menu. Typically I get the wrap and occasionslly been served cold wedges inside the wrap. The ketchup dispenser is always empty every time I visit, but they have packets at the front. The remix machine has been out of service a couple times. Half the time we get there, the dining room doesn't have a single clean booth or table, especially when they just open (which tells me it's crumbs from the night before, and that they aren't prepared for opening). The bathrooms paper towel dispenser has been open and without the roll installed every time I've visited, which is gross because you have to pick up a moist wet paper roll to dry your hands, maybe the machine has been broken the past couple months? Disgusting attitude from employee Val and zero ownership and completely useless the assistant manager Sukraj.
I will sue them in small claim and send a Better Business Bureau complaint for failing to honor online deal, that they admitted was a error, but did no effort to resolve it. I will cost them 1000 more than the deal I wanted them to honor.
They cannot think outside of the box they look at me like a wall worse than a robot, absolutely useless saying they can do this they can do that not even trying to do anything with the machine.
There's a thousand way I could have thought of solving this, but didn't even do the effort to try one of them.
I know they work in a fast food and they're probably depressed about their lives, but this is the job they chose, and they have to serve clients properly, If they don't like their job apply...
