Amir — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

When I first stepped in, I saw the green lettuce, I was very happy. Then I noticed how big it was cut, in huge chunks and the rice was dry and old, it wasn't white. By the way, there was "better" rice right next to it in a plastic container as if someone complained and wanted fresh rice. (I should have complained about that, the rice was very hard and didn't taste very good)

When he put the lettuce in there was so little, I was like, well, can you put more, the place looks empty. (I don't take any of the other veggies) He had already put the dressing and once he put more lettuce, he didn't add dressing. The lettuce was so wet, that the little dressing he put had all watered down from the lettuce he put on top.

When he was picking up the chicken, I noticed he was very picky with what pieces of chicken he put in. Now I know why, every bite has a big chunk of fat. I guess I shouldn't ask for more lettuce?

What about the potatoes? Horrible? I thought I was eating from a buffet. Very little spices, dry, no garlic taste. It's as bad as it gets.

The garlic sauce was pasty and tasted weird. The pita was fine.

You can sort of see the color of the rice on the left of the picture.. it's brownish?

Also, if you notice, the windows are so dirty from little particles of the ceiling that falls OVER TIME on it, I assume. So that means these windows arent cleaned very often and that's something you see in plain sight, imagine what you DON'T see. That is, scary.

So far, it's the worst Amir I've ever had and been to and it's really weird because the Amir Franchise HQ looks to be like right on the other side of the highway from it?

The food was good, but the service I got from one of the guys behind the counter was unacceptable and if I ever return to that Amir and he is working I will refuse to be served by him.

I ordered a Shish Taouk trio with rice. I asked if they sold the curried veggies separately , to accompany my rice. The man asked me for here or to go I said for here. I turned to speak to my teenage daughter and when I turned back to take my plate he had put a few veggies on top of a plate of couscous. I told him I didn't want couscous since I already had rice, I asked if you sold the veggies separately. He grabbed the plate back then threw it in the garbage then grabbed a container and slopped mushy zucchini and tomatoes into it and threw it on the counter top for me to pick up. There was ONE veggie other than mushy zucchini and tomatoes...a half rotten piece of potato. He was obviously frustrated.

When I got to the cash I showed the cashier and told him thanks but no thanks. I was refusing this slop. He took the container and got a new one filled with all kinds of veggies...how I should have been served in the first place. Food was good but that first server gives this...

Though boustan was bad. This place is completely unethical. Delivery plate chicken shows up everything is all together chicken and salad , chicken, fries etc...in the same plate...do like smushy warm salad that you cant even find? This is for you. Chicken was cold cause of the salad freezing it. Fries were solid cold like cold cold. No hummus no garlic. What kind of a restaurant is this? Dont feed canadians your garbage. That's where my food ended up. Unethical service. New admin old tricks. Wanna know what this food really tastes like? Eat it cold. Inedible. Couldn't even swallow the super dried...
