Extremely sad to have to leave this review but tonight left a terrible aftertaste in my mouth. On a date with my Girlfriend we ordered the Filet Mignon as usual ( this is probably the 8th time we order it at this location ) . Today however my girlfriend noted immediately that the filet didn't taste quite right. The lovely server did the right thing and ordered a new one right away. Sadly however the newly arrived filet tasted the same, the taste of old stale meat. When we notified the server he called for his Manager.

This is where things get sour, bad food is a thing that will happen from time to time at any restaurant but the way you handle such things is how to set yourself appart. The manager arrived at our table with a snarky smile and simply waited while looking at us. My girlfriend explained the situation and immediately, seemingly without taking in anything she said he said "Well they will all be the same so we can't replace it with another one, we could give you another steak or something else but we can't give you another filet", something we never asked for in the first place. When I chimed in and noted that I had tasted it as well and that it was discusting he became defensive. I told him he should probably taste it to make sure he is not serving dangerous food to his other customers and he started explaining that he has served 13 already today and so clearly the problem wasn't his meat. We got no reassurances that anybody would look into why we both thought the meat we eat often there tasted discusting this time, quite the opposite.

I have never seen such obvious contempt from a restaurant manager towards customers before and it has really really soured me from giving money to this establishment...

This was my first time here and I came with a big group for a birthday so that could affect my experience but if i had to describe it, it wasn't good but wasn't bad either.

The food was okay, we had nachos and calamari that we shared for appetizers and for my main meal i had the filet mignon with peppercorn sauce accompanied with salmon tartare, mashed potatoes and vegetables. -The nachos were good. -The calamari was good but everyone that had some felt sick by the end of the night. -The filet mignon was ok not a lot of flavor and even with the peppercorn sauce it was still ok. -The salmon tartare was good and fresh, maybe a little more seasoning but overall I'd have it again. -The mashed potatoes were a little bland to my taste but was good with the peppercorn sauce.

For the service, they had multiple big groups that night so it could effect this but for our group we were over 20 and had only one server. They never came to check for water or that everyone had, only at the end did we get more after asking, we had drinks (the drinks were good) in the beginning as well but they never came back to ask if we wanted more. I never had a set of utensils and had to grab from another table (this could be a mix up with a big group). The server was nice and handled multiple groups hence why I can't blame her but they could have added more servers, she had two big groups in all that so of course some things will be missing.

Overall the experience was ok, i don't know if I'd go back. I've attached some photos of my meal and...

I've been here a few times and it's been hit, miss, hit, miss. But last week, Tuesday the 20th of August, was just awful. I ordered the prime rib au jus medium rare and what was brought out to me was a rib steak thrown on the grill for maybe 10 seconds. The fat was not rendered AT ALL, I needed to saw this thing apart with the knife they gave me. I left at least 50% on the plate as it was raw and the furthest thing from being tender. This was not prime rib au jus, not even close. Do not order this.

My girlfriend ordered chicken skweres with shrimp on the side (9$ for two medium-small ones) that came 15 minutes after the main dish and were so overdone, like rubber.

I don't know what happened but the food was barely edible. Hopefully it was a one off, but I won't be taking that chance again after spending over $160 for meals, apps, and 1 drink.

The waitress however was exceptional and super sweet. I didn't even want to tell her how horrible everything was so we tidyed up the table, paid the bill and left.

Edit: owner responded to this review saying to email them. We'll we did, and have yet to see a response from them. Zero follow up on top of high prices and bad quality food. Did I mention the salad served with the meal looked like it came out of one of those plastic containers at the grocery store? I'm bringing the score down for service from 5...
