Arby's — Restaurant in Leamington

The staff ususally very kind and attentive. But tonight a female employee at the drive thru had quite the attitude about giving us our sauces. Which at the speaker we advised exactly what we wanted. Once at the window ( after a very long wait, watching her gpssiping while the others worked) i asked " we need the sauces as their are none in the bag. " her response " umm yeah theres some in there i think" again i stated, theres none!" She sighed with an attitude and gave us two! For four sandwiches! And only the barbeque sauces! She needs some training and work...

When you ask for a bacon and cheddar. You get one slice of bacon ripped in half and no cheddar. I'm not so concerned with the lack of cheddar drizzle. One slice of bacon torn in two, what to make it seem like more. Really. Try and not make the menu too complicated that the staff are not able to fulfill the order. This location in Lemmington was amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful and made my nephews first Arby's experience a bang on one. They loved it! The staff should be commended for the helpfulness and the level of cleanliness in this location. The cheddar and beef sandwiches, curly fries and mozzarella sticks were tasty and served at a nice warm temperature. We all can hardly wait to go back. I really wish Arby's still had...
