Harvey's — Restaurant in Leamington

2 stars exclusively for food because nothing was wrong with the food. It was the attitude of the server lady which prompted this review. First off, the person who took our order missed 1 burger, instead of 5 he got only 4 and since we do not get the rcpt I didn't know. But atleast he was friendly and smiling all the while. After getting 4th burger and the frings and fries I said 1 more burger is missing, she stared at me, ripped out the rcpt from her side of the counter and bam! in front of me saying only 4. I was startled at the way she did that and said ok I will buy 1 more. I paid and she said wait for few mins. Ok. Called out again, made the burger, I said can I buy a large frings, no large frings? ok then 2 regular frings. She was charging for it and 1 from our group came to get ghost pepper sauce. She snapped its for nuggets only but I gave u already its ok this time and gave 1 more. I asked her if she can charge me for 2 more EXTRA sauces. She goes it will be for 4 sauces. I got confused cuz I only wanted 2 extra, She goes, you got 2 before!!! Seriously??? You gave those without saying that it would cost me extra. My God, the way she behaved with me for extra sauces that if it were upto her she would have denied us service....and, since she behaved that way, I would also like to add that she had ZERO EXPRESSION on her face when she served us and that matters cuz she was smiling when served people BEFORE us and AFTER us AND all smiles while servingcustomerswho came while we were eating. Does that mean she had something against us cuz her smile vanished since the time she came to make our order??? We never EVER had any issues at any other Harvey's locations....

Came here for the first in god know how long its beenand will never be coming back our hamburgers were all made wrong and we only had 3 and ended up with an extra burger then had to make my burger a second time and then we had 3 fries were supposed to have 2 regular fries and one small got 2 small fries and one regular fry i also ordered something on the side which i had to ask for twice also then preparing our order before the lady who was before us and stopping our order to do her order needless to say probably wont ever come back here again.... The pop tasted good.

P.S. edit... Sorry for the late review on the fixed order..... Went back to get the fixed order... And my rating will stay the same and even worse the pop was warm and flat the burgers were all almost cold when i got home and i live only 5 minutes from my house they should not be almost cold ... And im very disapointed in the lack of training they have or the amount of time the trainer spends with them to ensure PROPER SERVICE. When you are taking an order and filling said order you stay with that customer til they have the food bag in there hands not go off and help another employee who should have the proper training to do his/her job... People pay good money for supposed good food and ill tell you id rather have eaten the money. TRAIN THEM BETTER. you feed thousands of mouths... Dont...

Lousy service! This Harvey's can never get orders right, and this time was no exception. They are consistently horrible!! If I could give them no star, I would! I was done my meal before the rest of my family even got their food! Tried serving us cold burgers that sat for 20 min under the heat lamp. How would I know that, you might ask? BECAUSE I WAS IN LINE FOR OVER 20 MIN, THAT'S HOW! I saw them sitting there the whole time. They lied and told my brother that they make the Swiss Chalet fries to order. I watched them take cold fries from the Fry bin for 20 minutes! I watched the people ahead of us yell at the manager because they couldn't get food out fast enough. Many people had to wait over 20 min to get served!! Completely unacceptable! DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT! MANAGEMENT AT ITS WORST! Sad, I like the food at Harvey's but management creates terrible experiences EVERY TIME I go there. There's a reason I've only been to this location 4 times since they've opened, and been to Burger King 20 times in the same period. It's because they don't screw up every time I go there. This place is 4 for 4. I'm only now speaking up because after the amount of time they've been opened, you'd think they'd get it right by now. Sadly, it's just as bad as it's always been. Won't go back to this...
