Went to the drive thru get something to eat before heading home in Calgary. when I was at the booth the lady told me that she wants me to pull ahead and order to the window because she couldn't understand me. bought 2 papa burger and an orange juice, I was asking about the size difference and price of the orange juice but the lady gave me an attitude gesture and told me that I have to wait for 12min for the other burger, and so I did. after waiting for more than I was told, went to hit the road home. after 3Km of travel I started to eat my burgers. found that my first burger was disgusting soggy and the vegies were perished, looks like they were sitting on a container since morning I know because I work on a fast food chain. my burgers ended on garbage. and lucky me because I did not get my receipt as well!!!!! spent 18bucks so garbage...

These 5 stars are for the people who work there and the relative rating for food. This is fast food and this is a burger place, so I am ranking it as such. It's not a "gourmet" restaurant but good for the type of establishment it is. I get food at this location once every one or two weeks. The burgers are always prepared well and the fries are almost always too hot to eat right away. Relative to other A&W places in town this one ranks way up there for food quality and service. The staff are always friendly. I even saw one of them in Costco and they remembered me and said hi, which is impressive considering I was wearing a mask. They know that I don't like ketchup and treat me like the ketchup free guy that I am. What more could I ask...

Went through the drive-thru as we were headed out of town for medical appointments in Calgary as a quick bite to avoid extra stops on the way. The crunchy chicken burger was great, I really appreciated that the worker actually listened and avoided any mayo (an allergy that many disregard when we say it is an allergy leading to me usually not being able to eat out very often).
