Grilled to perfection? No, just grilled long enough to get you off the window pad in under 20 seconds or less. Must be a systemic issue, those drive thru times are more important than giving what's advertised.
Time to boycott American owned companies that steal through broken promises and treating their clientele like cattle! SHOP LOCAL, KEEP THE DOLLARS IN THE COMMUNITY!!!
Edit- I called the guest services line immediately after my order. Large red-eye double double and sausage Farmers wrap with extra sausage totalling $9.66
This is not the first review I have left concerning this exact issue. I will not be spending (sending) one more dollar out of my community to Restaurant Brands International, under the guise of "convenience". I really don't care about waiting for what I ask and PAID FOR to be made properly, the button on the panini press to grill wraps is 15 seconds. All this company and many large corporations only care about is getting as many people in and out of the property as quick as possible. Once upon a time this Tim Hortons drive-thru line-up wrapped around the parking lot and into the street, I know this because I worked there for almost 10 years from 2008-2017. The owner that ran the store and two others in this city, at the time, only cared about drive thru times IF customer service was up to standards. If we were rushing to get times, and orders aren't right, the times only matter to corporate, and nobody else.
Keeping in mind, that most customers never complain, they just take their dollars elsewhere, and if they do, one in ten bad experiences are actually reported or left as a review. I don't have the time to call a hotline and/or leave an online review EVERYDAY.

Read moreAbsolutely terrible. Ordered breakfast, early after leaving our hotel, for my family and myself. The clerk even repeated back my order to me. Got to the parking lot and they missed one of my kids sandwiches. I went inside to ask for it and they told me they didn't make it because I didn't order it, I told them 'you repeated it back to me'. They told me I had to pay for another one even though it was their mistake.
That's ridiculous in my book. I have worked in the hospitality industry my entire adult life, and the main rules are the customer is always right, and if you can't make the customer happy you comp the food (their mistake). They never even apologized for making a mistake. Tim Hortons is a multi billion dollar franchise and I can't see how a $0.50 (at cost) product would've ruined their margins. It seems like every Timmies is gone to sht lately and it's sad.
And to add, my bagel pretty much had an entire container of cream cheese on it and was squashed flat, and my husbands bagel sandwich wasn't even cut! They didn't even stir our lukewarm...
Read moreEvery time we pass through Lethbridge we stop for a quick breakfast.a simple order and wrong each time. I ordered the BELT and received an egg, sausage on a bagel and that was it. I took it to the counter and th training cashier handled it and the lady working the station. It was that lady who said she would add lettuce! I asked for a new sandwich with bacon lettuce and tomato as per the order. And my husband who had a egg, sausage on an English muffin was correct but hash brown was broken into pieces! This isn’t the first time the order was a mistake. And just what we wanted driving was indigestion. Only common factor in the order was the egg. We have decided it’s not worth the headache and won’t return.Quick breakfast can also be served at McDonald’ s and...
