The worst experience I have ever had in years. Possibly the worst Chinese buffet restaurant I have ever visited. The food was mediocre at the very best and the staff could not be more rude and disrespectful and pricing is ridiculous compared to other chinese buffet restaurants. The starting price is 14,50$ at lunch and dinner is 18.00$. My family and I decided to go to this restaurant because of the good reviews it had but don't be decieved. My family and I went to grab the food and we noticed that the food was very greasy, mushy and very old. The chicken ball a.k.a pineapple chicken was stuffed will lots of filler and barely any chicken, the rice was very dry and bland and their deep fried food very greasy and mushy. We grabbed the food and we sat down, the so called waitress comes to our table and ask us if we wanted some pop to drink and we all got 1 except my girlfriend and I since we have always shared a drink because we usually can't finish the whole glass. We all started eating the food and drinking when the waitress comes back and tells me that I cannot be sharing a fountain pop drink whit her and that I would have to buy 1 or else we cant get refills, take into consideration that they were charging us 3 dollars for a glass of pop and it cost them literally 10 cents per glass but that's not the worst thing that had happened. She goes to her boss right to the front till and she starts laughing about how we were sharing a drink, she comes back and she tells me that if I had a problem, to go talk to her boss right there, whit a huge attitude. Not only we felt very uncomfortable of the service but we felt very mocked by the boss and their staff. Overall, it was an awful experienced and I would never wish anyone to encounter...
Read moreIf food is the only thing that matters to you, then this place is great. If atmosphere and aesthetics matter then this isn’t the place. It’s a new building but that doesn’t make it good, it’s not a pretty exterior and the entrance feels like a retail store. It’s just a big room with lots of tables, making it very awkward to walk past or through because you have to walk by people sitting and there’s no walk way, it’s all tables. The row of food is immediately next to the server’s beverage station so you’re always bumping bums with the staff while getting food and the food row is always immediately next to the kitchen doors so they’re always in the way as well. The interior design is so very depressing, gray on white and black. It feels exactly like a hospital dinner room, the whole building has the same aesthetic of a hospital, not in a good way. I liked the tables and chairs, all very nice and comfortable. Everything was very nice and clean and that’s very appreciated. There isn’t a lot of food to choose from but they have great food to choose from, not a big crazy selection but all the important items and everything was delicious. I loved that they had lots of dessert options as well. The bathrooms were good but I didn’t like how they had stuff stored under the sink. Makes it feel dirty or old. All together I wouldn’t come back because of how awkward it is every time to get food but the food was delicious and it...
Read moreService was excellent, food was good, however the atmosphere is extremely sterile. It's located in a business park tucked behind several hotels and a casino, and it really feels it. You walk in and the sense is not "Chinese restaurant," or even just "restaurant," it feels more like a real estate office or an accounting firm. It's very empty and characterless, very little on the low-key blue walls to distinguish itself, it's an open laminate floor with no dividers between service station and tables, generic venetian blinds. The one nod to its status as "restaurant" is a classic Chinese waving cat, but it is placed so high up on top of a cupboard above the server's drink station as to really feel more an afterthought than an affectation. I can't call it boring, because I was fascinated the entire meal by the contrast between having food in front of me and looking around at the complete lack of any other indication that I was in a restaurant and not a doctor's office. I'll settle on...
