El Greco cuisine — Restaurant in Lethbridge

Walked in with a big group of 13, when entering no specific instructions were mentioned and they continued to serve us all of our drinks. Upon starting to order, they let us know that as big groups of over 8, the entire table must order the exact same item. That does not make any sense, and should have let us know about this specific stipulation before seating us down and serving us our drinks. Lost out in over 300$ in sales. (In their reply to my review, they mentioned that they had told the first couple in our group when they walked in, that they told us about this exception and that we would all have to order the same item, we were NEVER mentioned any of this specific rule. My wife go in to el Greco at least twice when I am home since I work outta town. Food is amazing everytime we have been there. The veal cutlets are amazing. I like fountain pop and there Pepsi is excellent.. Chicken parm is amazing. I have never ordered it myself but orders are huge and I get to taste test my wife's order cuz she can never eat all you get. Easiest way to sum it up for me to say is you want excellent food in Lethbridge there is no competition for el Greco for Greek food or Western food. Forgot to mention staff is absolutely amazing people. When a restaurant has amazing food and amazing staff what more is there? I would recommend them and have to everyone I truck with. What a great experience. My wife and I had lunch and we were blown away! We started with the homemade mushroom soup and it was so delicious. I had the Greek salad with salmon. Sooo fresh and just outstanding. We ask the server if the chef was the owner and she replied yes. I then ask if she was part of the family and she told us she was the owners wife (thus owner as well :). My wife had the fish and chips and she loved it. We shared some of each others meal.
