Don't want to be that guy but the sign outside says 18 bucks for 2 footlongs wirh purchase of a drink, sign DOES NOT SAY select footlongs so imagine mt surprise when I had to pay 30 bucks for 2 footlongs and a drink. Disappointed is an understatement and I honestly should of walked out and not decided to be nice and pay but I doubt it's the lady behind the tills fault someone lied on the sign outside. Terrible customer service. Drive from the west side to use drive thru as I have a baby, got all the way home and had the wrong 12 inch sub and the wrong soup. Paid $18 for the wrong order, and when I called they expected me to load my baby back up and bring it back to exchange it. They didn’t even offer to refund me, a gift card or anything. When I let them know the inconvenience they said then maybe we can give you a free 6 inch another time. I should have been offered a refund for their mistake and the Inconvenience, not told to drive 20 minutes back to exchange their mistake. Will...

Today I ordered a rice bowel . . Scant pieces of chicken , one slice of tomatoes quartered, not the extra tomatoes like I asked, onions sparingly , like three small pieces some spinach and 97% was rice.
